We will offer previews where we can and ask that bidders make an effort to preview before bidding. If you have any question on a specific lot, please don't hesitate to call us. Note we have described the items to the best of our ability, but ask that you examine the pictures thoroughly and note that our descriptions are only our opinion based on our research and seller information. The descriptions are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, however we try to be as accurate as possible. Please note that in the event you cannot preview, you are buying at your own risk! TAPP will not ship those items nor will we bring back to our Auction House, as they are for the most part larger lots. Please bring extra help for these big lots and note that if not picked up during the designated time, you will forfeit these large lots, unless arrangements are made with the Auction House prior to the end of the auction. We will work with our bidders where we can, but many times we are working on our clients time frame. Buyer agrees by bidding that he is responsible for all shipping charges on shipped items, per our Shippers instructions. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your items (other than local pick up only)ONSITE during designated time, please contact us and we will be happy to bring those items back to our Auction House for pick up at a later date. Please call to arrange a time. We will have to charge a nominal fee to bring the items back as follows: Furniture charge $25 per item. Charge for smalls will be $5 per item.
