All buyers need to furnish all resale certificates and Texas resale exemption forms if dealers. All out of state buyers who are not dealers must furnish bills of lading from a common carrier to not be charged sales tax. All export buyers must furnish dock receipts and bills of lading to not pay sales tax. The State of Texas will issue Farm Exemption Numbers for Farm Exemption for residents of Texas. 8.25% sales tax. It is the buyer's responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from your inspection. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SiTE Auction Services or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
