Payment Instructions: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER. All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment. In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER. Wire transfers must be received by close of business on Friday August 3, 2018. For successful bidders the invoice that you receive from Proxibid will contain the wire information, too. All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid. Shipping Instructions: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging all shipping and paying all shipping cost. All items must be removed from the auction lot no later than Friday August 10, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. CST. Any Item(s) left past this date will be considered ABANDONED IN PLACE and the auction company will have the authority to dispose of the assets at their discretion. There is no loading dock available at this auction location. A forklift will be available for smaller items until Friday August 3, 2018 at 5:00p.m. The auction company will assist with loading to a reasonable point.
Preview Date & Times: Preview dates will be during normal business hours beginning Monday July 30, 2018 until the day of the auction. Those interested in reviewing log books for the aircraft, please contact us so we can arrange a time.
Checkout Date & Times: Load out crew and machinery will be available at the auction site Thursday August 2nd following the auction and Friday August 3rd until 5:00 p.m. Other load out times will have to be arranged with the Auction Company.
Location: 116 State Highway 284, Fair Oaks, AR 72101
Driving Directions: Auction is located at 116 State Highway 284 in Penrose, Arkansas, just south of Fair Oaks, AR. From Wynne, Arkansas take Highway 64 West approximately 14 miles to Fair Oaks, AR and the intersection of Highway 64 and Highway 49. Turn South on Highway 49 and go approximately 4.25 miles to the intersection of Highway 49 and Highway 284. Turn East on Highway 284 across the Railroad Tracks and the Auction Location. If you are flying in Penrose Field (auction location) is 3.5 miles Southeast of 7M0 on the East side of the Railroad tracks. There are 2 parallel North-South runways, the East Side is a 1/2 mile turf runway in excellent condition and the West Side is 1/2 mile with approximately 3/8 mile asphalt surface.
