NO RESERVE AUCTION Every item is sold to the highest bidder on auction day, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bids are irrevocable, and all sales are final. If you're the highest bidder when the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold, you're the new owner of that item. Auction company is not responsible for stolen items. Buyers are responsible for their purchases as soon as the hammer falls. Nutt Auction nor seller are responsible for items left onsite after completion of auction. BUYERS PREMIUM Online bidders are required to pay a 6% buyers premium on each item. TITLE FEE A title fee of $35.00 will be charged to the buyer of all vehicles with a title. If Nutt Auction or seller can't deliver clear title on a purchase, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. PAYMENT & REMOVAL Payment due on the day of the sale. We accept cash, cashiers check wire transfer and personal or company check with LETTER OF GUARANTEE FROM YOUR BANK. Wire transfer purchases must be paid in full within four (4) days of the end of the auction. Buyers cannot remove their purchases from the auction site until their invoice is paid in full. Any bidding disputes shall be determined by the auctioneer at his discretion. Auctioneer has the right to refuse bidder card to anyone that has not satisfied the purchase from a previous auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Nutt Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. EQUIPMENT REMOVAL Buyers cannot remove their purchases from the auction site until their invoice is paid in full. All purchases must be removed within 30 days of auction. After 30 days a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 120 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Nutt Auction Company with no recourse to buyer.
