Shipping Instructions: Buyer must contact Buck Lattimore at (919) 630-0723 to let him know you want your items shipped. This is so he can have them ready for the shipper on Feb. 28th at 2PM. Please also send an email to BN Printing at gdavis@bnprinting.com with your shipping address and phone number. Once the shipper packages your items, they will contact you with your shipping costs and ask for credit card payment. The shipper's phone number is 919-894-4170 if you have any questions, but the preferred method of communication is by email. Items less than 100 lbs. will be shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. All other items will be shipped via FedEx Freight. Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer. A handling fee of $10.00 will be added to the shipping total. If more than one lot is won, the handling fee will be $5.00 per lot won. I have copied the auctioneer that is in charge of the auction, so please respond to all.

The auction will be ONLINE ONLY VIA PROXIBID. Shipper options will be posted soon. Removal: Johnson Properties is not handling shipping arrangements. Removal is at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Lots will be available for pick up only upon the presentation of the paid bill. This is an ONLINE AUCTION; PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times OR PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE TO HAVE THEM PACKAGED AND SHIPPED; NO refunds or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. All winning bid items not picked up by Monday March 4 by 12:00 PM noon are considered forfeited and abandoned. No refunds or adjustments will be given. Johnson Properties accepts no liability regarding shipping and is not liable in any event for non-delivery. Buyers are responsible for their own packing material and labor.
