Items are sold AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, geniuses, value or any other determinative factor. The seller does not make any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or its value. In NO event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition or the property or estimate of it’s value. Auctions by Robyn & Norby may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall Auctions by Robyn & Norby be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. THERE SHALL BE NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. By registering to bid or placing a bid Bidder agrees to be bound by ALL terms and conditions and any other announced terms and conditions or rules of the site. All internet bidders agree that bid placed on the internet shall have the same legal effect as if they were in attendance in person. No guarantee whatsoever or warranty whatsoever on any lot is made by the Auctioneers. We encourage bidders to come to inspection dates and if not able to come to look over pictures carefully. Remember it is the responsibility of the bidder to rely on their own judgment and only bid accordingly. Some lot(s) will be PICKUP ONLY due to size and weight. If the bidder wants pickup only items shipped, they will arrange all logistics and payment for those item(s). Bidder MUST notify Auctions by Robyn and Norby by July 21, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. of the arrangements that they have made. If pick up times are outside of times listed, it must be approved by Auctions by Robyn and Norby. We will be shipping all items by USPS or UPS.
