YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Please call or email for additional information.
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your expertise when bidding.
PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. USPS money orders or checks (which must clear before item is released) are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT, PA 18330.
FIREARMS: All BATF rules and regulations strictly followed. Firearms, ammo, and accessories will only be sold and shipped to the 50 states of the United States; no international or territory shipping. Name of winning bidder must be the same as transfer name. Winning bidders must arrange for their local FFL licensee to email us the license directly. FFL must be sent from the licensee, not the winning bidder. FFL must be emailed to: RICH@BIDLEGACY.COM to start the shipping process.
FIREARMS SHIPPING: FEE EQUALS USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING RATE AT-COST, PLUS $20 PER LONG GUN, OR PLUS $10 PER HANDGUN. Each box is tracked, insured, and requires signature. One firearm per shipping box, no exceptions. If firearm includes its original box, the box may need to be shipped separately.
NON-FIREARMS SHIPPING: If your ammo purchase should be shipped separately from a firearm, please let us know via email. Unless otherwise stated, other items are shipped through The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, at buyer expense. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 2 business days following the auction. The UPS Store will contact you directly for delivery, timing, and payment when your package is ready. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is sometimes costly, especially for large, heavy, and/or valuable items. We have no control over prices charged for these services. For any questions regarding items to be shipped via The UPS Store, please call 570-839-8010. An estimate of the shipping cost will be provided at your request.
Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale.
LOCAL TRANSFERS: Firearms picked-up locally will be transferred by NORTHEAST FIREARMS, Honesdale, PA with advance notice by email. Transfer fee for non-FFL holders is $25 for the first and $10 for each thereafter.
