This auction will be conducted online through PROXIBID as well as live, on-site at Reed's Auction Barn, 10233 State Road 662, Newburgh, IN 47620. Bidders may contact the auction company for detailed descriptions or our verbal opinion of individual lots. All bidders must be pre-approved before they can bid. In most cases, the approval process is automatic. Occasionally, manual intervention is required, and approvals will be handled as quickly as possible. It is possible that requests just prior to or during the live auction may not receive timely attention, so please register as early as possible. If your registration is declined, please contact Proxibid for a reason. All lots are sold “AS IS” with no warranties. Sales are final with no returns except for reason of authenticity (proof of non-authenticity by either PCGS or NGC is required) or gross description error. There are no returns for disagreements regarding grade. Before a claim for a return for reason of authenticity or gross description error is made, the buyer must contact us within 30 days of the auction date. No returns may be made if notice has not been given to us within this time frame. Any and all costs related to third party authentication shall be borne by the buyer. However, we will reimburse the buyer for actual expenses - up to $40 - in the event that the item is determined to not be authentic. There shall be no reimbursement of any expenses to the buyer in the event the item is determined to be authentic. We go to great efforts to ensure that all lots are described accurately and thoroughly, and that detailed photos are provided to assist our bidders. While we make every effort to provide clear and accurate photographs as well as an experienced opinion of grade and description, we DO NOT guarantee the grade or condition of any item. We strongly encourage interested bidders to closely examine photos, read the descriptions, and ask questions about any lot(s) of interest prior to the auction. We use the U.S. Postal Service for shipping. Using our extensive experience, we estimate shipping and insurance costs on invoices sent out after the auction.
