Buyer is solely responsible to provide any personnel, equipment or material needed to pick up purchases and shall for the assume all responsibility for the removal of any item of property purchased at the same and any and all risks associated with such removal including, without limitations, the responsibility for providing licensed and bonded professionals to ensure proper water, gas and/or power disconnections, and full financial responsibility for any damage or liability to persons or property resulting from any negligent pick-up and removal. FOR INTERNET BIDDING-A 15% Buyers Premium is in effect for this auction for all Proxibid participants. State sales tax must be collected by State Law; where applicable, you will be required to pay such taxes. If exempt valid, current tax exempt form and licensing is required. If the buyer fails to fulfill their obligations herein, all deposits and payments made hereunder by the buyer shall be retained by Roger M Hunker, Auctioneer as liquidated damages. Buyer remains responsible for full purchase price, fees, taxes and any other fees incurred in the process of enforcing this contract. The decision of the Auctioneer is final and absolute. The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of a dispute. REMOVAL: All items must be removed from the auction site no later than the date specified in our terms. Removal shall be at the risk, expense and liability of the purchaser. No items can be removed without presenting proper evidence of paid bills of sale.
