Right to refuse bid Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or reoffer the lot for sale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder. The Auctioneer has final say if the bid will be accepted after the auction. The Auctioneer's decision to refuse any bid, advance the bidding in any manner, withdraw a Lot, determine a successful bidder, continue the bidding, to cancel a sale and reoffer and resell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final. In the event and whether or not a lot is subject to a reserve, the auctioneer may reject any bid or raise not commensurate with the value of such lot. Item & Property Condition All items are sold as is and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin or condition of the item and no statement made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability. Unless a lot/item states 'no reserve' then the lot/item does in fact have a reserve to be met. Auctioneer, Consignee, Consignor or Anyone related to or authorized to may bid in the auction to set the reserve. This will be a one-time per item bid once that bid is reached there will be no other bidding by above mentioned unless the initial bid was entered incorrectly. This method is chosen for cost purposes because other methods would make it unaffordable to operate. Coins/Currency grading and appearance: The coin/currency in the picture is the coin/currency you will receive. The coin is in raw uncertified condition and is a very nice coin. Please look at the pictures as this is the actual coin you will receive. Coins may be cleaned or polished. We do not grade coins as it is very subjective. The term gold may refer to color, gold plating, or actual gold. It is the buyer's responsibility to make that determination. The term silver may refer to silver in color, silver plating, or actual silver. It is the buyer's responsibility to make that determination. *Estimated is highest value we found for that year, date, and mint that the coin has sold for and since we don't grade coins we don't assume condition or value. We do not guarantee authenticity of the coin. That is the buyer's responsibility to schedule an appointment and view the coin before bidding. We make no clams to authenticity or the accuracy of an item or description of the item listed for bid. Buyer agrees to be responsible for all attorneys fees, court costs, and any collection fees related to any claim against JP Auctions LLC. At JP Auctions LLC's discretion, if a bidder wins an item and fails to pay for the item in the required amount of time, they will loose that item by forfeit and be required to pay a 30% penalty of the highest bid for failure to pay. If buyer disputes purchase, fails to pay, or does a chargeback, JP Auctions LLC will turn it over to our legal team and you will be subjected to additional fees. JP Auctions LLC does not cancel bids or withdraw a bid. Failure to pay will first get you banned from our auctions and any other auctions on Proxibid if payment is not received within 48 hours. If any wording is contradictory it always defaults to auctions and auctioneers favor. There may be times an invoice goes out prematurely before items are passed. JP Auctions reserves the right to go back and alter that invoice if this occurs, therefore bids are not considered accepted by your receipt of an invoice. This may occur on weekends more often than weekdays. Scheduling is a factor. We reserve the right to credit back any payment made by any method and adjust accordingly if premature billing occurs.
