Payment Instructions: We will automatically run the credit card on file with Proxibid at the time of the auction. If you wish to pay with cash and local pickup, please let us know prior to 8:00am the morning after the auction. You may do this by contacting us at goingtwice253@hotmail.com.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is stated in item description under each item. Small items range from $4-5 for the first item, then $.50 each additional item up to $20. Larger, heavier, and awkwardly shaped items will be charged as close to actual shipping costs as possible. For small item auctions (not the weekly consignment auction), Canadian Purchasers and other countries will be billed accordingly. We no longer do international shipping for our Monthly Pawn & Purchase auction. Please email us if you have questions. We do our best to get all items out by the Friday following the auction, but it could take up to 10 business days. Tracking information is automatically sent to your email address on file once the shipping label is printed, but if you do not see any tracking information, please wait at least 10 business days after auction closes before emailing us. If we undercharge you by more than $5 or overcharge you by more than $5 for shipping, we reserve the right to add or subtract that amount.

Checkout Date & Times: Items should ship the following week after the auction, but could take up to 10 business days to ship out.

Special Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAYPAL. If you do want to pay with PayPal, please email us to arrange an invoice being sent to you. We process all credit cards the morning after the sale. All payments are due within 72 hours of the completion of the auction event. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property. Tracking for all packages sent via USPS is automatically sent to your email address on file. If you purchased lots of larger items, we will have to ship via Federal Express. Mostly this applies to our once a month Pawn and Purchase auction occurring the last Saturday of the month. Currency Type: US Dollars (USD)
