Stovesand Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise When an item is declared “sold”, it immediately becomes the responsibility of the buyer for the loss of or damage to the item no matter how caused. Stovesand is not liable for the death of, or injury to, any person which may occur in connection with the use of any item, and buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Stovesand harmless from all such liability. Buyer is fully responsible for all bids made under the bidder number under which they are registered. Bidder acknowledges and understands that bidding online may or may not function correctly during the auction.
