All merchandise can be picked up locally at our location: (Please note: if you are not local but intend to pickup your items PLEASE let us know by phone 318-828-2915 or text 318-469-2472 so we do not send your items down to shipping.)

If your items are to be shipped, everything is automatic. You will be sent an invoice for your items after the auction and then a 2nd invoice for your shipping once your items are packaged and weighed.

Payment Instructions: Please make sure the card you have on file with Proxibid is valid. If a card is declined for ANY REASON you will be charged a $5 service fee because we are charged fees rather your card is accepted or not! So if there is going to be a problem with your card you need to contact us prior to participating in the auction. At this time we are at the auction house from Tuesday-Friday 10:00-5:00. Once the pandemic is over we will probably go back to our normal hours but for this this is when we can be reached. We use the APN Auction Payment Network for credit cards and also do all of our own in house shipping so unless you have any special instructions or changes you won't have to worry about anything, we will handle it all for you. The credit card you select when you register to bid will be the card the APN will charged. We are opened Tuesday through Friday following the auction from 10-5 for pick-ups. Please try to have your items picked up at that time as we need the space to set up for the next auction. If additional time is needed or if you are coming from out of town to pick up, please call us at 318-828-2915 to make arrangements as we do not have regular hours during the rest of the week and if you are coming from out of town we need to know so your items are not packed up for shipping. We do our own in-house shipping & will combine any items possible to save you money. Normal shipping takes place within 7-10 business days following the auction. However, furniture & large items may require other services that we can not provide. In that case we will contact you to see what arrangements you would like to make and will help you set it up..

For on-line, live internet or absentee bidding there is a 15% buyers premium. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Credit card on file will be charged . We only state information that has been told to us by the folks that have consigned the items. It is the bidders responsibility to make their decisions based on what they see for themselves. There are no refunds or returns for any reason! COIN AUCTIONS: All items in our Numismatic auctions are guaranteed to be as stated in the description. We will accept returns on any items that is not as stated in the description. Shipping / Packaging is done on the week following the auction and will be packaged once payment has been secured. Most coin auctions are shipped pretty quickly as they do not require a lot of packaging. FIREARMS AUCTIONS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of fire arms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State and Local laws. An onsite agent will be on the premises for these sales to conduct any and all background checks in the event that a fire arm is awarded. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on site on the first fire arm and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional fire arms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online as well for processing. Any fire arms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage or new) will be shipped by us as we are FFL Licensees but they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner posses his own FFL license it may be shipped directly to him/her. (normally hand guns are $25 and rifles are $45 but depending on weight this could be a little higher) A shipping charge will be assessed for packaging & materials and will be charged on a separate invoice for the shipping charges so you will receive 2 invoices and will have 2 different charges on your card. This includes all packaging, boxing, labeling, insurance and processing. Any person bidding on firearms agree to all of the above prior to bidding and must know the laws of their own state guidelines. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier, bidder to pay associated costs. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any and all purchases. Insurance is assessed at $1.00 per hundred with a $1.00 minimum insurance cost.
