Reserve: Consignors have the ability to protect their merchandise with a minimum selling price. Reserve prices are designed to protect the owner of an auctioned item from an unfavorable outcome. A Nixon Auctioneers sales representative will work with the seller to create a reasonable reserve. Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids for online, and 5% for Live resulting in the total purchase price. Buyers premium percentages will be visibly posted for every Nixon Auctioneers auction for buyers to review. Invoicing: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of bidding.
