(4% convenience fee), Cash, Certified bank funds, wire transfer ($25 processing fee). Invoices will be emailed at the conclusion of the auction to the email used during registration. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Please notify the auction company by 12 Noon on July 1st of how you plan to pay for your purchases. Invoices that have not confirmed the payment type by 12 noon on July 1st will have their credit cards automatically charged (including the 4% convenience fee). All cash and certified bank funds payments are to be made at our office located in Edgerton, OH before load out. There will be no payment accepted at load out sites. No partial payments, no chargebacks, no refunds.

Items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. 10%BP (capped at $2,000 per item) added to the final bid of each item. Credit card required to register for auction. Read item descriptions carefully. Items are located at multiple sites and have specific load out dates/times. Buyer is responsible for all load out logistics including rigging, strapping, tools/equipment, labor, etc. needed to remove the items. Auction company will not assist with any load out. No items will be removed until payment has been received in full. Buyer is responsible for all removal logistics. This includes rigging, strapping and or tools needed for removal as well as equipment and/or extra man power needed to load out. Auction company will NOT provide any load out assistance. Read item descriptions closely, as items are located in multiple locations and may have specific load out times. Titles (when applicable) will be mailed to the buyer.
