Lot # 1 (Sale Order: 1 of 500)
Framed monochrome figural Indian print of a group of plains Indians in what appears to be a funeral ceremony or torture procedure. Matted and framed under glass in a gothic style gilt frame. Size: 10 3/4-inches X 13 1/2-inches.
Good. Frame with age wear and scuffs.
Lot # 2 (Sale Order: 2 of 500)
The polchrome aquatint print of an American plains Indian warrior titled: "Cry of the Wild Goose." Matted in ivory matte and framed in a heavy gold gilt frame under glass. Size: 13-inches X 14 1/2-inches.
Good. Showing minor fading and age discoloration. Frame with scuffs, chips and wear.

Serial no. 1380379, 12 ga., 2-3/4" chamber, 28" barrel with metal bead front sight, blued finish, takedown action, standard walnut stocks with pistol-grip buttstock, black composition buttplate.
Good to very good. Retaining approx. 90-95% finish with scattered light wear to relief edges and minor rust spotting on frame. Wood with light wear and minor spotting from poor storage. Action is good.

Lot # 4 (Sale Order: 4 of 500)
Serial no. A154936,12 ga., 25" barrels with matted flat ventilated rib, coin-finished bar action sidelock engraved with foliate scroll and game scenes, fences with floral designs, with hidden third fastener, cocking indicators, ejectors, and automatic safety. Checkered pistol-grip stock of slightly figured walnut, drop points, vacant oval, hard rubber buttplate, checkered beavertail fore-end with Anson release.
Fine. 25" barrels show 90-95% bluing with areas of staining. 27-1/2" barrels show 94-96% bluing with a very small area of spotting. Both sets of barrels show some surface unevenness. Triggerguard shows 5-10% bluing. Stock shows two 3/8" cracks behind locks. Stock finish shows losses, wear, nicks and scratches. Bores are bright.

No serial number visible, 20 ga., 26” barrel with Polychoke, blue finish, pressed checkered walnut stock, factory rubber buttpad.
Very good to excellent. Tight action, very good bore.

Serial no. 3161, 12 ga. choked Improved and Modified, 26" matted game rib barrel, auto ejectors, auto safety, blue barrels, case colored receiver, checkered walnut stock and fore-end, with later added rubber buttpad.
Good. Retaining approx. 95% thinning blue/black to barrels, and 75% vivid case colors to receiver. Stock shows light to moderate use with flattening to checks and slight evidence of refinish. Length of pull: 15"; 13-7/8" to end of wood.

Serial no. 128512, 12 ga., 32" barrel choked Full with Simmons rib, blue finish, walnut stocks.
Very good as upgraded. Retaining approx. 85% of its original somewhat thinning finish with some light field use. Walnut stocks have been upgraded with Japanese Browning type furniture. Action is good, bore is excellent.

Serial no. 00555NZ882, .410 ga. 3" chamber, 26" barrel Full choked, blue finish, smooth walnut stocks. Complete in its original factory box with paperwork.
As new, appears unfired.

Excellent showing little use, with light marks from handling. Action is crisp, bore is excellent.

Serial No. A30961, 12 ga., 28" blued barrel with ramp front sight, breech and frame marked: LUIGI FRANCHI-BRESCIA. Walnut stock with finely checkered fore-end and pistolgrip, Pachmayr buttpad, light hardwood plug to bottom of pistolgrip. Length of pull: 14-1/2". Drop at comb: 2". Eight screws counter sunk into top of frame on left side near grip.
Good to very good as refinished. Scratches visible under bluing. Bright bore with fine scratches. Stock appears to have been sanded and re-done.

Serial no. 31225, 12 ga., 27-1/2” rust-blued side-by-side barrels with solid rib, choked Full & Modified, maker’s inscription on rib at breech, engraved in script within scroll terminals “Armi Famars.” Proofs and standard markings on bottom of barrel breech. Barrels choked [to come] and [to come]. Engraved “Famars” in script within oval cartouche on bottom of frame. Italian proofmarks and Famars stamped marking, with serial number, on watertable. Finely and profusely executed English style rose and scroll engraving on the locks, hammers, breech and triggerguard, as well as matching on fore-end mounts. Fine border motif on barrel breech. Signature of engraver on triggerplate to left of front trigger, “OREL Inc.” Rust-blued finish to barrels and rib, with bright polished grey-finished locks, hammers, breech, thumb-lever release and triggerguard. Oil-finished select walnut stock, with checkered splinter fore-end; push-button fore-end release. Buttstock with straight checkered wrist and checkered butt. Length of pull, 14-1/2”, cast for right-handed shooter. Leather sporting case with red felt lining, Famars logo imprinted on lid lining. Acessories of Famars cleaning cloth, oil bottle and two snap caps. XXX marking on bottom of barrel lug indicates date of manufacture as 1974.
Excellent. Minor storage marks. Sporting case with fine interior, light wear to exterior.

Serial no. 196978, 12 ga., 29-1/2" barrels, textured rib, blued finish, case-hardened frame and lock mechanisms, double triggers, side-swivel barrel latch, walnut pistolgrip buttstock, steel buttplate, sling mounts.
Good as refinished. Barrels retain approx. 95-99% reblued finish with light wear present. Case-hardening faded. Wood is refinished.

No serial number visible, .410 ga., 24" barrel, blue finish, dark stained wood stock.
Very good to about fine. Retaining approx. 80% toning blue. Stock shows light dings and scuffs. Action is crisp, bore is at least fine.

Serial no. 208459, 12 ga., 30" barrels with grooved flat rib, case-hardened boxlock action, checkered half-pistolgrip stock of slightly figured contrasting walnut, later recoil pad, with checkered splinter pull-off fore-end.
Very good. Barrels show 60-70% thinning bluing with some spotting. Excellent bores. Action shows 5-10% case colors with the balance a gray-brown patina. Barrel/action shows slight looseness. Refinished stock shows a few light marks. Refinished fore-end.

Serial no. 33704, 16 ga., two 28" chopper-lump barrels with matted flat ribs, case-hardened sidelock action with hand detachable 8-pin bar action locks, hidden third fastener, action and locks engraved with bold foliate scroll with locking chains on the underside. Internal gold plated locks, ejectors, side clips, Holland & Holland-style self-opening system. Disc-set strikers. Cocking indicators. Automatic safety. Gold plated double triggers with front hinged. Finely checkered straight grip stock of contrasting semi-figured walnut. Drop points. Tang marked: M 118. Later rubber recoil pad. Finely checkered splinter fore-end with Anson-style release. Leather leg of mutton case.

Excellent. Showing some light use and storage marks. Barrels show 98-99% bluing. Barrels No. II show a very light 1" scratch on the underside and small patches of light corrosion/staining on the breech and ejector faces. Bright bores. Action shows 98% dark case colors with slight carry wear at bottom edges. Triggerguard shows 99% bright bluing. Stock shows some finish wear on the edges. Underside of stock shows roughness and losses to finish between the end of the checkering and the recoil pad; balance shows a few light scratches and nicks. Case in excellent condition with a few marks.

Metal shows a brown patina. Bright bore. Refinished wood shows some nicks.

Fair to good. Blue turned to brown. Stock worn and with mars.

Serial no. 5316, 12 ga., 28" damascus barrels with smooth game rib, case hardened sidelever action, back-action rebounding locks with low hammers, action and locks engraved with very fine rose and foliate scroll, percussion fences, extractor, finely checkered straight grip stock of contrasting figured walnut, with vacant oval at heel of stock, engraved heel and toe plates, sling eyes, and finely checkered splinter fore-end with Blanch patent release. Data: Bore: 0.732/0.735”. Chokes: 0.00/0.018” (Cylinder/Modified). Chambers: 2-3/4”. Proof: London, Black Powder, 12, 12, Not for Ball. Minimum wall thickness: 0.027”. (Note: Gun is out of proof due to lengthened chambers.) Pull: 14-1/4”. Drop at comb: 1-1/2”. Drop at heel: 1-7/8”. Cast: None. Weight: 6 pounds, 11 ounces.
Very good, as partially redone. Barrels show 50-60% re-browned finish with extensive staining and spotting. Right barrel shows a damaged section at 9” from the breech. Damage includes deep pitting and an uneven area. (Gun is deemed unsafe to fire in present condition.) Left barrel shows uniform light pitting. Action/locks show a brown patina. Replaced left hammer. Action/locks show slight looseness. Recoated stock shows some nicks and scratches and a loss at head at action. Recoated fore-end shows a 2" loss at left edge.
Lot # 19 (Sale Order: 19 of 500)
Serial no. 116761, 16 ga., 28" Damascus steel barrels with matted rib, case hardened No. 1 action engraved with game scenes and foliate scroll details, two pheasants in medallion on floorplate. Extractor, automatic safety, finely checkered pistolgrip stock of figured walnut, later recoil pad, vacant shield, and finely checkered splinter fore-end. Data: Bore: 0.664/0.664”. Chokes: 0.029/0.030” (Full). Chambers: 2-5/8”. Pull: 14-7/8” Drop at comb: 1-3/4”. Drop at heel: 2-3/4”. Weight: 6 pounds, 12 ounces.
Excellent, as partially redone. Barrels show 96-98% finish. Excellent bores. Barrels shows some small dents near muzzle. Action shows 90-95% dark case colors. Some areas coated with varnish. Triggerguard with 80-90% bluing. Re-coated stock and fore-end show a few light marks and impressions.
Lot # 20 (Sale Order: 20 of 500)
Serial no. 10632, 10 ga., 30" damascus barrels, lightly engraved boxlock action, checkered half-pistolgrip stock of straight grain walnut. Checkered pull-off splinter fore-end. No buttplate.
Fair. Barrel and action show a brown patina. Bores show areas of heavy pitting. Replaced screws. Right lock does not fire. Refinished stock shows repairs at grip, nicks and scratches and a crack at the head.

Serial no. 66697-68, 12 ga. 2-3/4", 28-3/8" blue semi-matte finish barrels with matted concave game rib, approx. Full and IM chokes, polished blue frame and lock plates, hidden third fastener, bushed strikers, double triggers, extractor, auto safety, dark walnut pistol grip stock with European cheekpiece and splinter fore-end, sling swivel eyelets, 14-1/4" length of pull over ribbed composition buttplate.
Excellent. Retaining approx. 99% blue on barrel and frame. Bore is bright, triggers are crisp, action is tight. Slight amount of stock finish loss on edges with scratches near rear eyelet.
Lot # 22 (Sale Order: 22 of 500)
Serial no. 291417, 16 ga. 2-3/4", 28" barrels with matted rib and single front bead, case-colored receiver with double triggers and extractor, walnut semi-pistolgrip stock and fore-end, 14-7/8" length of pull over extended recoil pad. Mfg'd ca. 1917, and contained in period maroon velour-lined custom gunmakers case with cleaning rod.
Fine, with 95% blue and 60% case colors. Barrels are tight on frame, triggers arecrisp, stock checkering diamonds slightly worn with minor gapping along upper tang.
Lot # 23 (Sale Order: 23 of 500)
No serial number visible, 12 ga., 32" barrel, blue and case-hardened finish, walnut stock.
Good to very good. Retaining approx. 85-90% thinning and toning finish. Stock shows light scuffs and dings. Action is crisp, bore should clean to at least very good.
Lot # 24 (Sale Order: 24 of 500)
No serial number visible, 16 ga., 26" barrel, with C-LECT-Choke and factory ventilated barrel, blue finish, walnut stock, with one correct detachable box magazine.
Very good to fine. Retaining approx. 97% thinning and lightly toning blue. Stocks show light scuffs and scratches overall. An American classic from the 1950s.
Lot # 25 (Sale Order: 25 of 500)
Serial no. 1457, 12 ga., 30" browned damascus twist barrels, case-colored lock plates, double triggers, extractor, rebounding hammers, round knob walnut stock with metal buttplate, 14-1/4" length of pull.
Very good, with slight looseness of barrels on frame. Strong mainsprings, crisp triggers, top lever spring weakening, screw head slots with marring from disassembly, lockplates drifting to brown, small cracks developing at rear lock inlets and fore-end release.
