Payment Instructions: Wisconsin residents will pay a 5.6% sales tax. If using a resale certificate, buyer MUST contact Betthausers' Auction Service at least 24 hours prior to to start of the auction. We will need a copy of that certificate faxed or emailed to us prior to the auction date in order to honor the certificate on the day of the auction. There will be a $2,500 non refundable deposit required by Cashier's check within 3 business days after the end of the sale. The seller will retain the right to use this property until 10/31/11, and will pay the lot rental through that date, keep insurance on it and pay all utilities due through that date. On 10/31/11 the final payment will be due in certified funds, and the new owner will take possession of the home and all responsibility for it.
