Important Announcements: We are running two rings for this auction. We will start on the other ring with lots 1-28 as a warm up. We will then switch over to this ring and sell all the vehicles. After all are sold we will go back and run the other lots in the ring.

Payment Instructions: If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. Payment is by cash or cashiers check only! No credit cards will be accepted on vehicles. There is a 13% Buyers Premium. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not charge sales tax on vehicles. Buyer is responsible for paying the tax at the time of registering the vehicle. Picking up or shipping of items must be arranged on the Monday after the sale with all items having left the facility by the Wednesday following the sale. Vehicles not picked up or arrangements within 10 days will be subject to $10/day storage fees.

Shipping Instructions: Arranging and payment for pick up of items is the buyers responsibliity. You can use the shipper of your choice. All shipping and handling fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Ewald Auction & Realty does not pack items or deliver to shipping agents. If Ewald Auction & Realty helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. Buyer is responsible for packaging, shipping and handling fees. All items are to be removed by the Wednesday following the auction. All removal will be by appointment ONLY. Any vehicles not picked up or arrangements made will be subject to a $10/day storage fee.
Preview Date & Times: We tried to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. The auction items are strictly sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. Inspection on-site will be from 9-10am on the day of auction or by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up at the warehouse or shipping arranged by the Wed following the auction.
