Furniture and Large items will be sent to a third party contractor for shipment. The bidder is responsible for pickup (no fee) or shipping costs. All items are dropped off at the UPS store in Fuquay Varina, NC with your contact information. The UPS Store will charge as part of the shipping charges the cost of materials to ship your items. If you fail to pay for your items - for any reason - your items will be considered abandoned and remitted back to the Auctioneer for resale. YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY MONIES.
