Special Terms

All real estate purchases require a 15% Buyer's Premium and a $199.00 Processing Fee. (Your bid price + 15% + $199 = Total Payment). For straight sale land auctions; what you bid is the price for this property plus the 15% Buyer's Premium plus the $199 Processing Fee. For auctions that are Land Bid and Assume; your bid is for the down payment and then you assume the low balance specified in the description at a monthly minimum payment also specified in the description at 9.5% interest. A processing fee of $199.00 will be added to your winning bid, as well as the 15% Buyer's Premium. A $6 per month collection fee will be charged for processing your payment. Yearly taxes will be prorated over 12 months. The Collection fee and yearly taxes will show on your payment coupon along with your monthly payment. For asset auctions (jewelry, coins, artwork, etc.) there is a 15% buyer's premium and a shipping and handling fee that is specified in the item's description. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Please be aware that our shipping rates in the items' descriptions are for domestic addresses only.
