Very Nice Blast White example with Good Luster. Strong Breast Feathers and Good Eye Appeal. It is also a TOP 100 Variety. Due to slow transportation of the period, the new reverse dies did not make it to San Francisco in 1879 on time. The production run briefly began with the reverse dies from 1878 but this was a short run as the dies arrived shortly after production began and the majority of the year were struck with the new dies.
