Limited fork truck / tractor w front loader is onsite and will assist - first come basis - appointments are for approximate times for loading. Auction company / property owner are not responsible for accidents or damages. All items are sold in "as is, where is" condition with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. Please request additional information or pictures if uncertain on any item. Requests should be made 48 hours before close of auction and prior to bidding. Bid retractions are not allowed and all sales are final. Florida sales tax will be charged unless a current FLORIDA Sales tax resale certificate is presented at registration.
