Payment Instructions: Deposit for Real Estate: a 10,000.00 wire transfer deposit is required in order to bid at the auction. Deposit must be received by March 25 in advance of the auction. This deposit is NOT refundable if the buyer does not carry through with the purchase. The amount of the wire transfer is $10,000 PER PAREL on which you wish to bid. For example, if you would like to bid on 2 parcels, you will need to wire transfer $20,000.
