Wanless Auction Group reserves the right to alter, modify or change this contract and applicable terms at anytime through the updating of the auction site. Any and all disputes on bidding procedures, registration or other activities are to be handled with the bidder and Proxi Bid. The bidding process requires that you must first register with your credit card with Proxi Bid. When you bid your mac doesn’t automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase your bid which is done by the computer by increments that are pre-set before the auction starts.. So to increase your bid, someone else has to bid to increase the last bid that you submitted and the computer will automatically bid up your max bid in the increments specified. The auto auction extend feature of this auction, indicates that auction will not lose until all the bidding is complete. Therefore, if any bids are placed within the last 2 minutes of the auction, the bid (s) on the lot(s) will be extended in 2 minute increments until the last bid is placed and there are no more bids and the lot will sit idle for 2 minutes. It is Wanless Auction Group to see that all bids get in and all bidders are satisfied. Wanless Auction Group has made every effort to make accurate descriptions on items. Statements, opinions and information is made by the staff in good faith. All items are sold as is and where is with no warranties or guarantees. We do receive information on each item, sales results, number of page visitors, most visited pages and any and all correspondence.
