Special Terms of Sale Items must be Picked up or shipping arranged by Noon Sept 30th 2013 - Auction company / property owner are not responsible for accidents or damages. All items are sold in "as is, where is" condition with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. Please request additional information or pictures if uncertain on any item. Requests should be made 48 hours before close of auction and prior to bidding. Bid retractions are not allowed and all sales are final. Florida sales tax will be charged unless a current FLORIDA Sales tax resale certificate is presented at registration. Under no circumstances will charge backs to credit cards be considered appropriate and will not be honored. If you are having a situation that needs assistance the auctioneer of record will assist you directly. By placing bids and using this process, bidders acknowledge the acceptance of these terms and conditions. Some lots will have reserve amounts placed on them. The auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the owner up to the reserve amount. While the reserve amount is listed in the item description, the owner may decide on a lesser reserve before the close of the sale, If you are the winning bidder, and your bid is less than the description announcement, you will be the winner of the item.
