(Usually $10) Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the site. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax. Items that are not picked up by Wed following the auction are forfieted.

Preview Date & Times: We tried to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. The auction items are strictly sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. Inspection on-site will be from 1-2 pm on the day of the auction or by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up by the Friday following the auction. Payment in full is due by Tuesday following the auction. Any vehicles that have not been picked up by the Friday following the auction are subject to a $25/day storage fee.
