Payment Instructions: After the auction is completed an email of your purchased items will be sent. After shipping charges have been determined a second email will be sent for all shipping charges. Once all payments have cleared items will be sent. 15 % Buyers fee will be added to all purchases. Credit cards are required to register with Proxy Bid. 5.5% Sales Tax applies to Wisc. Residentsâ€™ only. Full payment is required within 3 days upon the conclusion of sale. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit cards or approved personal checks. Any deficient checks or credit cards will be charged $30.00. $10 Storage Fee will apply to each lot not removed within one week after sale.

Shipping Instructions: All items can be picked up free of charge by calling 608-516-5401. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, and removal costs and any associated fees. Buyer is responsible for dismantling, rigging, loading, hauling and relocation. Paid items that are not removed from properties after 14 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
