One 2004 $25 Platinum Eagle, MS-69 graded and slabbed by PCGS. Free Shipping, Handling & Insurance.

Lot # 1

This lot contains one 2004 $25 Platinum Eagle, graded MS-69 and slabbed by PCGS.  It is being sold by public online auction to settle an estate here in northern Wisconsin.  I struck a deal with the executor of the estate; shipping and insurance costs will be covered by the estate, and the auction company will absorb the labor costs of packing and shipping.  Buyers win.

We have twenty of these in the sale, and the lots will close one minute apart, subject to two minute extended bidding intervals.  All slabs are essentially the same, the only difference being the serial numbers on the PCGS tags.  As such, the photos in each lot are duplicates, with the last three digits of the serial number intentionally blacked out.  The blue PCGS twenty place slab holder in the background is not included in any of the lots, it's just there for background and reference.

Because platinum is used as a catalyst by large petroleum, automotive, fertilizer, and other industries, it may prove to be a more practically sound investment than some of the other precious metals.  Call me an industrialist.

Thanks for bidding,
