Amber Autumn Touch of Class

Lot # 1 (Sale Order: 1 of 73)

When we looked at this girls fleece in late 2013, we just went “wow! Incredible brightness, extraordinarily soft silky hand! The kind of fleece you drool over. You can see the photos of her 2013 fleece and her 2014 fleece. She is maintaining the characteristics very nicely. When it comes to bright fleeces and beautiful uniformity, it is pretty hard to top what Ulysses produces. “Touch of Class” has very good density and fineness, is very nicely balanced on a correct square frame, has a pleasing head style and good bite. Quite honestly, this is a female we are very reluctant to see leave our breeding program. The new owner is going to be very excited. Catch the last of the 2014 spring show season, win some blue ribbons and a good shot at some Color Champion banners, then she can be bred to one of our splendid White Male Color Champion herd sires!

Red Granites Adeen

Lot # 2 (Sale Order: 2 of 73)

We are proud to present at the 2015 Amber Autumn Invitational, and it is fitting that Red Granites Adeen will be the FIRST Snowmass Mr. Sizlin Rose offspring sold to anyone. Adeen’s dam Crescent Moons Athena is by the Champion producing male, Crescent Moon’s Valentino, also well known as “Bulldog”. The “Bulldog” has produced AOBA (AOA) National Champions, Futurity Champions and Champions for a long list of shows. When you combine the pedigree of 13 times Champion Snowmass Mr. Sizlin Rose, who also was an AOBA (AOA) National Color Champion and Futurity Color Champion you look for greatness in their off spring. But wait, we do not want to forget the dams. Afterglow, Athena’s dam is a Legacy daughter who never finished worse than a blue ribbon. Athena only had first and second place finishes. Adeen is going to bring Championships to her new owner!!! Adeen’s fleece exhibits very high frequency, medium amplitude with a high degree of solidity within the staple. Adeen is beautiful and will be eight and a half months old at the time of the auction. Red Granites Adeen will be an outstanding addition to anyone’s show string and later their foundation herd of colored female alpacas. Adeen is perfectly proportioned, outstanding conformation with that perfect alpaca head. Red Granites Adeen comes with a free breeding to any unrestricted Red Granite Ranch Herdsire.

Amber Autumn Firefly

Lot # 3 (Sale Order: 3 of 73)

We have a slightly different fusion of genetics in Firefly’s pedigree. Still have the great Caligula top and bottom for brightness but we have added PPeruvian Victor as well as 5Peruvian Chachani on the bottom side to compliment the staple length and density already present. Then toss in some Hemingway, a little White Lightning, a bit of Auzengate, and you have a recipe for success. Firefly sports a very pretty head, strong well balanced frame, and displays a very bright medium frequency crimped fleece with soft hand and exceptional uniformity, fineness, and crimp character well into her extremities, with very decent density. The females in her maternal line have all proven to be exceptional mothers with great milk production and high cria weaning weights. We have no doubts that Firefly will follow in their footsteps. Ready to breed spring 2015, watch for her progeny in the show ring.

Amber Autumn Nia

Lot # 4 (Sale Order: 4 of 73)

As you can see from her photo, Nia is very attractive. Strong boned, square frame, nicely balanced, good bite, short square muzzle, “Nia” presents a pretty head style. Her fleece displays very nice density, fineness, and brightness, high frequency crimp with deep amplitude, good bundling and alignment, soft hand, and uniformity that extends well into her extremities. We expect that “Nia” will possess lingering fineness like her sire “Principio”, his histogram at 8 years of age in 2013 reads: 19.5, 3.6, 18.3, 1.5%>30. This genetic fusion brings in some legends the likes of $Preuvian Legacy (top and bottom), PPPeruvian Royal Fawn, as well as Peruvian Hemingway and Peruvian Andrajo. “Nia” is ready to hit the show ring and should do well. We would recommend a breeding to our newest herd sire addition “CCNF Legionaire” when of age. Undoubtedly a spectacular result!

Amber Autumn Dineena

Lot # 5 (Sale Order: 5 of 73)

Notes: Amber Dineena- Very nice female. Solid and well balanced, very correct conformation. Perfect bite. Pretty head. Very bright medium frequency crimped fleece, excellent density, soft silky handle. Very uniform with crimp well into the extremities, good staple length. Exceptional fineness. Definitely show quality. As you can see, we like her a lot and the notes above describe her to a tee. “Americano” proved to be very consistent in what he produced for our farm, in all colors. Dineena’s dam “Amber Dixie” is a very solid female with above average density and staple length, great maternal instincts, and an abundance of milk. Beatrice is a female that we feel will win her new owner some blue ribbons, then go on to become an exceptional foundation dam and producer of champions. Her pedigree includes PPeruvian Victor, Peruvian Hemingway, PPeruvian Caligula, Peruvian Don Julio, and big name dams like PPPeruvian Caliente, 5Peruvian Chachani, and Peruvian Ignacia. Winter Gem Matrix Cerise

Lot # 6 (Sale Order: 6 of 73)

A beautiful Matrix daughter with stunning fleece and bred to the 2x IAO Supreme Champion Snowmass Defiance is yours for the bidding. Cerise was born regal and is further proof that her famous sire is worth his selling and breeding price. Cerise’s dam is our highly valued Snowmass Crimson Sky, who has retained her fineness into her seventh year while producing exceptional female offspring year after year. Cerise won awards at all of the shows she entered—including Mid America, Southwest Regional, Breeder’s Challenge, ABR’s Fall Fest, GWAS and TxOLAN—each time placing higher than the time before. She capped her show career with the Reserve Color Championship at the 2012 TxOLAN show. Cerise’s 4th year (2014) histogram featured an AFD of 20.3, and she ranks in the top 2% of EPDs for AFD. She also was in the top 1% for MC and top 2% for SF. Cerise’s dense fleece features a lovely well defined and consistent crimp style, and she carries it on a well balanced compact frame. If you like icing on your cake, you’ll be excited to know that Cerise has been bred to Snowmass Defiance for a summer 2015 cria. Defiance embodies the next level of advancement in heritable characteristics from his sire-line Elite Legend and Quechua and his dam-line Maree Love, Delightful Duet and Freedom. New standards of sustained fineness, consistency, brightness and density describe a Defiance fleece that hardly changes from one year to the next. With genetics that are the best of the best and bred now to Snowmass Defiance, Cerise is the one you want to take home. Don’t let this one get away.

Amber Autumn Castiel

Lot # 7 (Sale Order: 7 of 73)

We are offering ½ interest in this young male. To the best of our knowledge Castiel is one of if not the first Accoyo America/Quechua crossed males offered for sale and ready to start breeding in 2015. We feel he is quite exceptional and is definitely a future herd sire. As he was born in the fall he did not fit into our show schedule last season, but guaranteed, he will be there this season and will be noticed. Castiel has a fleece that displays extreme density, high frequency crimp, very nice bundling and alignment with fineness, and uniformity of micron and character that extends well into his extremities. He is well proportioned with strong bone and nice balance, has a very good bite and attractive head. His pedigree is impeccable and includes legends like Hemingway (twice on the dam side, then again on the sire side) Quechua (Elite), Augusto, Caligula (on sire and dam side), as well as Guellermo. His dam Celstial Star is proving to be an excellent producer and very pre-potent and his sire Malachite is proving to be quite a herd sire as evidenced by other progeny of his offered in this auction. We are excited about this boy. You will be too!

Amber Autumn Curiosity

Lot # 8 (Sale Order: 8 of 73)

This fawn maiden is definitely show ring quality. High frequency crimp, very bright, good density, soft hand with fineness, good alignment, bundling, and uniformity. Typical of all of our Eclipse progeny, she displays exceptional staple length as well. This genetic fusion has a different mix to it, RFA Turk our multi-champion dark brown male bred to a El Senor/Peruvian Latora daughter to produce Chasma, then we brought Eclipse Alyst in to add finenss, keep the color, and add more staple length. Peruvian Bueno and NGG Lional help bolster this pedigree as well. We feel breeding Curiosity to Snowmass Sizzlin Rose will produce a spectacular result. The choice is yours!

Amber Autumn Amaryllis

Lot # 9 (Sale Order: 9 of 73)

Sired by Amber Autumn Marqui, a son of our great dark fawn macho “Eclipse Alyst”, Amaryllis is cute as a button, displays a very soft, bright, dense, high frequency 13 micron fleece, and impeccable conformation. Her pedigree is not to be scoffed at either. Her great grandsire “Sweet William” is a solid white but allows the color of the dam to dominate, hence, “Eclipse Alyst”, out of Priscilla Alyst, a dark brown female residing in Canada. Priscilla has produced more colored herd sires in Canada than any other female that we know of. Her Grand dam Madison pulls in the genetics of NGG Lional, Peruvian Alpamayo, and Peruvian Bonanza. Her bay black dam Alyssa adds the genetic fusions of Peruvian Royal Fawn, Peruvian White Out, and PPeruvian Camilio. Lots of color if that is what you desire, Amaryllis will produce superfine color progeny when bred that way. Either way, in the show ring, or progeny in white or in color, Amaryllis will make you a winner.

Crescent Moon’s Sameen

Lot # 10 (Sale Order: 10 of 73)

Crescent Moon’s Sameen is the daughter of two mega champions, ATV Adonnis and Crescent Moon’s Forget Me Not. Both parents had exemplary show careers. Adonnis won 14 championships/reserve championships and was twice the champion at the National Show. Forget Me Not won four championships/reserve championships including the reserve championship at The 2010 Futurity. Unfortunately Forget Me Not passed away last year leaving this beautiful orphan we have named Sameen. Take a look at Sameen’s pedigree. That document reveals a who’s who of the U.S. Alpaca industry. Because of Forget Me Not’s passing this is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. We would recommend Accoyo Augustine for her first pairing.

Amber Autumn Allison

Lot # 11 (Sale Order: 11 of 73)

Allison is another very nice example of the predictability of our new junior herd sire “Amber Autumn Malachite”. Beautiful conformation, pretty head, dense, very bright, soft, buttery medium frequency crimped fleece with exceptional uniformity and staple length. Similar to her half sister Adrienne (Lot #??), Allison brings very similar genetics to the dance as she is out of another of our PCA Santorini daughters as well, “Amber Aneesa”. This genetic fusion once again brings Caligula into the mix top and bottom as well as Peruvian Vengador, Peruvian Hemingway, and Peruvian Guellermo. The dams in this genetic mix are very important and predictable as well and include the likes of PPeruvian Sunipani (El Nino), PCA Accoyo Saturna, and 5Peruvian Chachani. We would recommend breeding Allison to Citation XL (Quechua son), or our new junior herdsire Amber Autumn Moonshine, a superfine (17 micron at age 2) white male sired by Perfection. Once again, breeders that are serious about improving their white program, need to pay close attention!

Amber Autumn Artic Love

Lot # 12 (Sale Order: 12 of 73)

Artic Love describes this pretty maiden very well. Gorgeous head, impeccable conformation, solid well balanced frame, extremely dense, medium frequency crimped fleece hat displays nice brightness, soft hand and fineness, with good uniformity and crimp character well into her extremities. Lots of color and Accoyo genetics throughout this pedigree with the likes of Accoyo America Marathon, Camilio’s Accoyo Endurance, PPeruvian Camilio, and of course, once again, PPeruvian Caligula. Add in PPPeruvian Augusto, Peruvian Dakotia and Peruvian Jericho, and do not forget about the great females like Pussywillow and NWA Jean. That is just the top side of this little girls pedigree. The bottom side brings the likes of Accoyocusani, Legacy Gold, Caligula (again) and PPeruvian Victor. How could Artic Love not be extremely dense? Her sire Bellagio won several color championships and her Grand Dam is Ferrari’s Peruvian Electra. We would recommend breeding Artic Love to our super fine Fawn Male Color Champion Elite Maximus son “Amber Autumn Cavalier”. Pay attention colored breeders. 5th generation, pedigree falling off the page predictability!

Amber Autumn Adrienne

Lot # 13 (Sale Order: 13 of 73)

Adrienne is another very nice example of what we have been breeding for in our program. As demonstrated by our auction lots, it is quite apparent that we have been working with Caligula genetics for a lot of years, and outcrossing carefully so as to not lose predictability. Adrienne displays a very bright high frequency, dense, superfine fleece with beautiful handle and uniformity, and has very correct conformation. Her genetic fusion brings in Caligula, Vengador, Hemingway, and Peruvian Guellermo on the top side. Adrienne’s sire, “Malachite”, is one of our new junior herd sires that competed very well for our farm in the show ring by winning several white male color and reserve championships. He has extreme density and a very uniform high frequency crimped fleece that carries well into his extremities. Her dam, “Amber Autumn’s Amelie” brings in PCA Santorini and Monterra’s Allegra. Santorini progeny all displayed extreme density and extraordinary staple length, as did our Allegra progeny. Super fine white breeders that want predictability need to pay serious attention to this female!

Amber Autumn Beatrice

Lot # 15 (Sale Order: 15 of 73)

When we purchased Accoyo America Voyager, we had several reasons to do so. Three of them were Accoyo Sicuani, Accoyo Sunipani, and Pacific Crest Accoyo Minipani, dams in the Accoyo America breeding program that we had been keeping tabs on for quite some time. Their progeny records speak volumes. Voyager has extreme density and staple length with decent fineness and his progeny are showing the predictability we had hoped for. Beatrice is the first progeny that we have offered for sale and we feel she represents him well. Her fleece exhibits exceptional density and staple length, high frequency crimp with good character, soft hand, and as you can see from her histogram, exceptional fineness. The bottom side of her pedigree pulls in strong color with Peruvian Ivano, Victors Vaccoyo, and her sire BR Cash. We expect that if you want to breed Beatrice to color she will bring that back in spades. We feel that breeding Beatrice to our Road Warrior son, Accoyo America Molokai, or to Amber Autumn Malachite would be excellent choices.

Legend’s Moonstruck Di Bella Vita

Lot # 17 (Sale Order: 17 of 73)

A darling alpaca, Moonstruck has a remarkable 11-month histogram with AFD 2.1, SD 2.8 and CV 23.2 (OFDA 2000, Watt).  She has a phenotype reflecting the excellence on both sides of her pedigree with full body fleece coverage, a gorgeous head, correct frame with good substance of bone.  She is a sweet girl with a quiet personality.  Her sire is El Nino’s Golden Legend, top herdsire for many years at Mile High Alpacas and producer of multiple champions.  Her dam is our SA Tuscan’s Luna, a treasured foundation female who has lingering fine fleece with an AFD  of 20.2, SD 3.8, CV 18.7, CF 98.7%  at 5 years of age and pregnant.  Moonstruck’s maternal grandsire, Tuscan Gold, maintained a micron below 20 until age 8 when he reached 20.0.  Moonstruck’s medium fawn fleece displays extreme brightness, a signature trait from her maternal line, with excellent organization, a gift from both the paternal and maternal lines.  She has a high frequency crimp style and respectable staple length,  Her maternal line has excellent reproductive qualities with easy pregnancies and deliveries and good milk production.  Moonstruck has been to a couple of shows and placing well in the ribbons.  She is young enough that you will have the joy of showing her a bit longer before she goes on to be a treasured foundation girl in your barn.  She sells with a breeding to any Bella Vita Ranch herdsire, and our choice would be to line breed her to our multi champion Tuscan’s Semper Fi.  She will match up well with any top shelf herdsire and bring her own strengths to the breeding as she does not need to be “bred up”.  Actually, the challenge is to find a herdsire that will match her excellence.

TAG Peruvian Melody

Lot # 23 (Sale Order: 23 of 73)

TAG Peruvian Melody Is a lovely white female sired by one of our awesome Titan boys named Alaska. Her dam is a stellar producer who is sired by My Peruvian abundance. Look at the names in her pedigree!. Snowmass Millenium, 4Peruvian Legacy, Hemingway, Don Juan. Wow It doesn’t get much better than this. Her fleece is very dense with good fineness and it opens in little bundles. The crimp is very high frequency with medium amplitude. Just wait until you get your hands on her. Take her home and win some spring show ribbons. When Melody comes of breeding age we have some world class herdsires to pick from. If you want to breed for white we would recommend either Ladies man (playboy son) or Amigo (ulysses son). Breeding for color we would recommend our newest addition AOV Eros, he is a fawn Enterprise son who gathered 5 banners as a juvie. Either way Melody should be an outstanding foundation female for years to come.
