Payment Instructions: visa mastercard credit only as we are not setup for debit transfers Virginia buyers are subject to a 5.3% sales tax unless you can provide a valid tax exemption form. Payment will be immediately following the conclusion of the auction using the credit card information that you have submitted. A secondary charge will be applied to your card once shipping is calculated.

Shipping Instructions: To take possession of your firearm you must have it shipped to an FFL dealer of your choice and EMAIL the FFL ADDRESS to us unless the firearm is noted that an FFL transfer is not required. Also if you have a Curio & relic license you must provide a copy of it to us prior to the auction in order to have c&r guns sent to you. You are responsible for any FFL dealer fees incurred for shipping of your product. Transfer Fee on this end is 20$ and shipping is 35$. Per firearm.
Preview Date & Times: There will be an on site preview held on May 29 @3:00 pm
Checkout Date & Times: Payment is required immediately at the conclusion of the auction and shipping will be arranged on the next buisness day. If purchase a firearm you must provide FFL first.

BUYERS WHO DO NOT OR CANNOT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE ITEMS THEY PURCHASE: If a bidder is unable to receive an item purchased because he is denied transfer of a transfer under legal restriction, or is unable to successfully arrange export or import of an international purchase, or for any other reason not solely Auction Company’s fault, the buyer is still responsible for payment in full to Auction Company for the hammer price plus applicable buyer's premium & additional expenses. The buyer may request shipment at the buyer's expense to an FFL dealer to resell a gun on the buyer's behalf. If buyer does not notify Auction Company of such arrangements within 10 days of the auction date, Auction Company may resell the lot at a future auction, charging the buyer the current standard seller’s commission for doing so.
