All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 15% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium. This auction is an Estate Sale therefore no Tennessee sales tax will apply. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All furniture and clean out lots in this auction are Local Pick-up Only. Boat, Trailer and Auto are Local Pick-up Only. Large framed prints are Local Pick-up Only. The rifle is Local Pick-up Only. Pick-up is available on Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm (central) AND Monday, June 29' 2015 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 25.00 storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by 5:00pm on Monday, June 29, 2015 will be assessed a $ 25.00/cubic yard clean-out fee in addition to the storage fee. Unclaimed items will be forfeited, resold or donated, and NO REFUND will be awarded. For large items and clean out lots, a dumpster will be made available, space allowing. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor.
