Firearms may be claimed at the store Beginning Wednesday, August 12, 2015, no exceptions. If you purchase a firearm and have it shipped to your local FFL dealer you will be charged postage and a handling fee of $15.00/box which will also be charged to your credit card on file. Lots 29, 40, 41, 43 and all barrels will be shipped by auction company you will also be charged for postage and a handling fee of $15.00 which will also be charged to your credit card on file. Local purchasers may arrange for pickup of their items beginning Wednesday, August 12, 2015 by calling 570-660-9094. 2. FULL PAYMENT: The credit card used for registration will be charged the full amount of items purchased including 15% buyers premium additional fees for shipping and handling will also be charged. All sales are final upon the award of the bid at which time payment is required. The item(s) WILL NOT be released until payment has been received in FULL by the auction company. Payment can only be made in U.S. dollars. In the event the buyer fails to pay the full invoice price of any item(s), or fails to comply with any other terms of sale, the auction company shall retain the item(s).
