Double Sided Porcelain Kodak Advertising sign 1920's Originally purchased from Mrs. Saito from a Japanese American Photo Studio, Dillon Montana, 4 North Washington Street. Mrs. Saito and her husband operated this studio from the 1920s on to the late 1970's. Measures 20 inches x 14 inches and is Very Heavy, 4.59 pounds. Item is guaranteed to be an old sign and original. Nearly MINT Condition, there is a small piece of porcelain missing above one of the zinc lined hanging washers on one side of the sign , it measures 1/2 inch long x 1/4 inch, see photo. In addition to this sign we have more items from the Japanese American Studio starting Lot 1122: Several 8 inch x 4 foot negatives from Cirkut Cameras taken in the 1920's near Dillon of Crowley Oil Companys land; the Japanese American Studios Camera case.

Condition of this rare piece shows some wear on the hinge on the top, but it is still attached. Overall condition is very nice.

1968 C3 Corvette 327 ci, 4 spd, convertible Rally Red with factory air. This is a Fabulous Garage Find with only 25,445 original miles. There are both a folding vinyl top and the optional hard top with this vehicle the folding vinyl top has some cracking of the vinyl. Total production of this vehicle was only 18,360 vehicles one registry site shows a little over 700 vehicles. Modern information states that the 327 is matched with a 3-spd trans. but this must have been a special order because it has a 4-spd trans. Overall condition is incredible for a car nearly 50 years old! there are a few minor chips in the paint and some upholstery issues but it still sparkles and runs and sounds great (see video links below). The owner is deceased with only a niece from the Eastern US that we are selling the car for. According to his niece he was a US Air Force mechanic and the car was his baby and well taken care of. When we found the vehicle in the garage it was under a cloth car cover and had obviously been cared for. The tire air had been reduced, Stabil was added to the fuel, and the oil was clean. We found paperwork going back to 1989 in the owner's name and we believe he was the original owner. RARE HUGE Candlestick Oval Loop 18 inches Long, Hook is 5 inches long, will accommodate a candle up to 2 inches in diameter, loop handle is 3 3/4 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches long, it has a double twist on both sides near the handle, made from 5/8ths inch iron, This may have been a salesman sample or display piece for mining supply store. We have it photographed with an average size candle stick for comparison. You are bidding on the Large Candle stick only. This is the largest candlestick we have ever seen. The only one of similar in size was in Leadville Colorado and it was a salesman sample. This is a very Rare Piece of Mining History.

Each large side says: Perry Mining Candle in large letters. The box is nailed together and still tight . Sides are 3/8ths of an inch wood while the end pieces of wood are 7/8ths inch.

Original Mining Cage Chippie Hoist Montana Mines Mining Purchased from Lloyd Harkins out of Silver Star Montana by Dale Reid of Twin Bridges and Mike Gordon purchased it from Dale 2002. Chippies or mining cages were used as a form of elevator to lower men thru the collar of the mine shaft, which is the point where the shaft intersects the surface of the ground. Generally they would carry 7 men in this type of cage. 100 inches tall; Outside 42 inches x 49 ; inside 38 x 42 1/2 inches ; TOTAL width is 57 inches and there are two doors on the front measuring 16 1/2 inches and two doors on the back measuring 17 inches each; these are made of 1/8 inch aluminum to protect the men from falling rocks inside. The bottom is a steel grate which is approx. 6 inches high. The framework is all steel. Unsure of the weight, but its probably between 600 - 800 pounds. Buyer is responsible for moving it from near Twin Bridge Montana. GREAT DECOR ITEM IN BAR OR RESTURANT or yard Art !!! Lot of people have ore cars but few have a Chippie!

Vintage Whitney Blanket Copote Coat Robe for the Mountain Man This is also called a Missouri River Hooded Copote. The Whitney blanket is a 5 point which means it was worth 5 beavers to the Indians. Whitney first supplied the Hudson bay Company with woven goods as early as 1681 by the 1730s became the major supplier to the Hudson bay company. The Indian on the label is because it was used primarily as a trade blanket for the Indians for the beaver. This is a very large size Copote. Measurements: Nape of neck back to bottom 48 inches; shoulder seam to shoulder seam 26 inches; under armpit to end of cuff 20 inches; shoulder seam to end cuff 29 inches; back under armpit to armpit 36 inches; shoulder cape is 10 inches long; hood is 14 inches high by 17 inches deep. This has been hand sewn . This would fit a very large man. 2XX Has a sash which is 94 inches long.

1939 to 1945 Colvinex Leather Flight Suit Vintage WWII US NAVY This suit is in very nice condition, has a brown sheepskin collar, has a jacket portion zipper with waist strap, zippers down each leg all the way to the bottom starting from the waist belt, it has a fly zipper 8 inches long, Large patch pockets on each leg with snap flap, lined with heavy cotton duck, it has been lengthened by 5 1/2 inches with brown leather and at the base of original leg there is a snap that is a convex Buffalo nickel and then two more convex buffalo nickels on both legs, very nicely done. Leather is in very nice shape, supple and soft, no cracking or tears, lined with cotton, has inside map pocket. Measurements : Back of collar to bottom of leg is 70 inches; Inseam is 36 (original inseam 29) ; from crotch to top of neck 33 inches; crotch to back of neck is 38 inches; armpit to armpit across the back from the middle of arm pit gusset 26 inches; shoulder seam to end of cuff 27 inches.
