Firearms: Winning bidders should have a valid and clear copy of your dealers FFL license faxed to us at 440-647-4006 or emailed to john@estateauctioneers.com within 48 hours after the auction, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. CC&R is acceptable as long as firearm purchased qualifies. The average shipping time for this auction is 10-14 work days from receipt of your dealers license. The winning bidders credit card will be charged for the purchase at the conclusion of the auction. Long guns are shipped insured through UPS ground. Modern handguns are shipped USPS Priority mail with insurance. A packing fee of $15 per gun (or lot) and the actual shipping fees including signature and insurance charges, will show up on your credit card as a separate charge. Descriptions and condition reports are based on a visual inspection of the exterior item. We do not disassemble any firearms and have made no examination of any internal mechanical workings or firing mechanisms. As always, you should have your firearms inspected and serviced by a qualified gunsmith. Buyers should be aware of their local firearm laws and restrictions. No refunds will be granted to an individual who purchases a firearm and cannot accept delivery through their local FFL dealer due to local firearm restrictions (you should know what is acceptable in your area before bidding). Ferlach Combination Double in 8.2 x 16 Gauge. This side by side comes in 8.2 MM straight wall x 16 Gauge. Barrel length is 26-7/8" with good bores. Left barrel has dent about 8" from muzzle. Overall condition is at 80%. This is a side lock hammer gun made in the 1920's. Action and side plates are heavily engraved with floral and game scenes. This is a right handed gun with a left eye dominate stock. Metal surfaces have some rust and pitting. Stock looks to have been refinished at some time. Rear swivel stud has been moved forward about 1-1/2". Action shows some case hardening in protected areas. This gun is proofed for smokeless powder. The rifle barrel has a set trigger option. Sights are of the express type with one standing leaf and one that folds down. Barrels are marked Prima Stahl and Bohler Gewehrlaueo. SN-1306

WWII German Items (3). First is a tapestry of Adolph Hitler in the early 1930's with WWI decoration and a brown shirt uniform. It is 26" high and 20" wide. Has some edge damage from being removed from frame. Second is a FN Browning Model 1900 in .32 ACP. Barrel length is 4" with a good bore. Metal surfaces have been lacquered black. Overall shape is average. Grips are checkered walnut. SN- 12912W. Third is a K-98 dress bayonet by E. Pack & Sohn of Soligen. Sheath shows use with lacquer missing and patina showing. Blade is excellent with little use. Overall shape is excellent. These three items are listed on a Custom's Declaration dated 16 July 1945. This declaration is included with this lot.

German Wrist Watch & Dog Tags. This is a German Infantryman's watch that is Swiss made (bear and edelweiss hallmarks) and was imported into Germany (crescent moon & crown hallmark). Comes in a silver case. Case is also marked 0,900. Wristband is marked Schaeffer's and appears to be stainless steel. Dog tags are German, aluminum and are stamped with unit and batallion numbers. Watch does not run but both items are in good condition.

Two Bayonets With Scabbards. First is a French bayonet model 1874 with blade measuring 20-1/2" and overall length at 25-1/2". Spine reads, "Mre d'Armes de St Etienne Fevrier 1879". It has numerous proof marks on crossguard and ricasso with a proof mark on the finial of the scabbard. Serial numbers do not match. The second is a Tokyo Arsenal early Type 30 bayonet. It has the 4 cannon ball mark on the ricasso and a Japanese marking on the underside of the crossguard. The blade measures 15" and overall length is 20-1/2".
