History: I bought the boat in 2011 from an owner in Connecticut. He had owned it for a few years, and used it between homes in CT and FL. My sense is he did not use it much. It was dry stacked when in FL. When in CT it was moored at a yacht club in the summers and vacuum wrapped during the winters. The CT owner bought it from the original owner, who is a collector of classic wooden boats. He used it in the summers on Lake Geneva. It was one of several boats and was lightly used. New the boat purchased for appx. US$85k, but the Canadian dollar was at appx. 0.61 at the time, so about C$140k in 2002. I have taken the boat out fewer than ten times since I’ve owned it, all on Puget Sound. Boat has been dry stacked at Bayside since I took possession. I believe trailer was custom built and came with the boat, but I never focused on it.
Thank you for your interest.

1987 Citroen CX 2500 Prestige Lot #232 (Sale Order 70 of 133) Citroen enthusiasts recognize the CX as the last real Citroen. It was launched just before the takeover by Peugeot. With its spacious and luxurious interior and coupled with the famous Citroen hydro-pneumatic suspension, a ride in a CX was as close to a ride on a fast magic carpet one can possibly hope for. This example is a correctly imported car that has spent most of its life in Southern California and it is in fact currently on a California title. It will provide family transportation without being part of the sea of mediocrity that is the current norm. It gets great mileage and it is an absolute pleasure to drive, was a daily driver from LA only a few months ago.

The frame and drivetrain is all original as it was only extended behind the rear axle for the second axle to support the 8 foot box that ended up been moved over 3 feet to make room for the double extended cab. 1964 Mercedes-Benz 230SL Lot #246 (Sale Order 84 of 133) Here we have a stunning 1964 Mercedes 230sl pagoda (w113) 4 speed for your consideration. The extensive receipt history paints a nice picture of a no expense spared owner, who has lovingly cared for this car with an open check book. Receipt totals are over 175,000 in the last 30 years! Needless to say, much is new. This 230 does not disappoint and drives just as good as she looks.
The body of the car has been refinished to a high level and shows beautifully. The chrome and stainless is quite nice, not quite concours level, but 8 out of 10. Doors, hood, and trunk all shut nicely with nice gaps. A hard top is included in sale but needs to be refinished to reflect the condition of the car. Overall the exterior of this car shows extremely well and is ready for your local car shows.
The interior has been extensively restored some years ago and is a highlight of the car. The red interior on the white body is a superb contrast and a desirable color combo. The door light under the dash works, as does the glovebox light! The restored Becker Europa radio works beautifully and produces a warm vintage sound. Gauges have been restored and all work, even the clock. Light switches and turn signals all perform as they should. A full restoration was performed at a high level of all interior components and is a very nice place to spend your time while cruising.
The mechanicals on the car have also been fully rebuilt and all perform as intended. The steering is nice and tight, and the car drives straight and true. Suspension has been fully rebuilt and soaks up the bumps better than most new cars! Engine starts easily and runs out with plenty of power and no odd noises. Gearbox shifts perfect, and finds the gears easily. A full mechanical rebuild was performed at great expense and the results are evident. Engine bay and underside of this car are detailed nicely and show very well.
All in all I would say this 230sl is definitely one of the better vintage Mercedes 230sl’s out there, and second only to the 100 point concours cars. I feel confident in saying that this is the top end of a show quality car. I recently drove her to my local car show and she garnered a crowd with every one saying the same thing, “what a beautiful example of a vintage Mercedes, Wish I could have a car like that”.
Now you can!

1953 Plymouth Cranbrook Lot #257 (Sale Order 95 of 133) Engine: 217/100 HP Flathead Inline-6
Transmission: Semi-Automatic Hy-Drive
Produced by the Plymouth division of Chrysler from 1951-1953, the Plymouth Cranbrook is a practically designed automobile that replaced the Plymouth Special Deluxe. The car was created with a more conservative crowd in mind, and aimed to please a market that was captivated by the “low and sleek look.”
For 1953, the boxier shape of the earlier production Cranbrooks was spruced up with straighter lines creating a sleeker and more modern styling. The windshield was now a one-piece unit (rather than the 2-piece from 1951-1952)
This 1953 Plymouth Cranbrook has always been well maintained. 49,764 original miles, starts right up, doesn't smoke, and is incredibly quiet. The paint and body is in great condition especially for its age, but interior needs a little focus as indicated in photos. Car is a ton of fun to drive, think it would be hard to find something else that get as much attention or thumbs up from people at this price.

1989 Chrysler TC by Maserati Lot #275 (Sale Order 113 of 133) NO RESERVE
Detachable hardtop with opera window.
The TC (“Touring Coupe”) was a collaborative effort between Chrysler and Maserati; designed to give Chrysler a rival to the likes of the Cadillac Allante and the Mercedes 560SL. It was built of Chrysler components by Maserati and used a body and interior by the Italian automaker. The power came from a dual-overhead cam 2.2 liter turbocharged engine producing 175 horsepower. All TCs had leather interiors, Maserati tuned suspension, and four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes. The convertible tops were manually operated and also came with a fiberglass removable hardtop with round opera windows reminiscent of the early Thunderbird. Only 7,300 (only 3,764 sold) of these beauties were produced in 1989.

1946 Mercury Eight Convertible Lot #293 (Sale Order 131 of 133) NO RESERVE
VIN# 99A1332768
Mileage shown: 68,966
Engine: 239 cu in Flathead V8
Transmission: 3 Speed manual
Built during first year for car production and sales following WWII, this Mercury Convertible Coupe is one of 6,044 convertibles produced by Mercury for the 1946 model year. The post-war model shared sheet metal and the flathead V-8 with Ford but the very distinctive chrome-laden front end and other interior appointments gave Mercury enough identity and appeal to put this more expensive model in 12th place in America’s auto production for 1946.
This car is an excellent candidate for a full restoration, but with work to the brakes, could be it could be a fun driver as is.
The flathead V8 engine is complete, runs smooth and the transmission shifts in all gears. The front and rear seat upholstery is in good condition and the door panels are presentable, dash instruments complete, radio, heater, the dash trim and all the interior hardware is present. The body and floors are very solid overall. There is some rust visible in the rocker panels behind the doors and at the very rear of the front fenders.
This car has been repainted white at some point. It appears the original color was dark blue or black. The top is black and in very nice condition. The power top mechanism is present on car but not operable – the rams are disconnected from the top frame so that the top can be razed and lowered manually.
This car for driving will require a complete brake rebuild – the handbrake does work. The stainless trim is complete but pieces have some dings. All hub caps and trim rings present, the bumpers are straight and include the rare bumper end trim front and rear.
The car comes with a clear title and is not currently licensed for street driving. This Mercury would be a worthwhile restoration project because of its rarity.

1947 Crosley Pickup Lot #295 (Sale Order 133 of 133) A very rare version of the post war Crosley built from the factory with a Pickup body. These Crosleys were created to provide economical transportation in the post war days following WWII austerity. They are now very scarce and sought after, especially in this Pickup form. Very few were made and far fewer survive today. As such, it represents an unusual opportunity for collectors of vehicles from the immediate post war era.
