Near mint unplayed with condition, original soft blonde mohair wig, fine original complexion, original toddler body with starfish-shaped hands, and wearing original romper suit, shoes with pom-pom ties, and socks. 4" (10 cm.) -6". Each is all bisque with classic facial model of the famed infant baby and having tinted baby hair, closed mouth, and loop-jointed bisque baby-shaped arms and legs. Two have tiny glass sleep eyes and rare swivel head, painted socks and shoes (one pair pink, one blue). The other two have one-piece head and torso and painted eyes, one with bare feet, one with painted blue shoes. Each are marked "Copyr. by Grace S. Putnam" and size number, and two have original blue paper labels. The quartet are playing in a wooden playpen. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1925.

5" (13 cm.) -7". Each has one-piece bisque head, torso and legs. loop-jointed arms, painted facial features in wide-open googly expressions and with long painted lashes and bow-shaped lips. Each has sculpted hair in stylish 1920s style, and each doll has a different hair style and with additional variations of bows and color. Generally excellent. Japan, 1920s.

Each has stiffened felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, large eyes with extravagantly-long painted upper lashes, closed mouth, mohair wig, jointing at shoulders and hips. Each is wearing its factory-original costume that is well-preserved (except two small moth holes on the red-haired imp). Very good/excellent. Marks: Magiurin Torino (original tag on the smallest). Magiurin, the company created the Lenci look-alike dolls in the late 1930s.

The doll has original RJW pin, original paper label indicating that the doll is #46 from a very limited series of 100 dolls,. Excellent condition, preserved in original labeled box. R. Marks: copr. by Georgene Averill made in Germany. The doll was marketed as "Bonnie Babe", designed to depict a delightedly laughing child. Germany, circa 1923.
