Payment will be processed after pick up the day after auction's end. Pick up is on Tuesday 7/26 from 3pm to 6pm. Some items are listed as "Local pick up only", if you bid on these items, they must be picked up or are forfeited. When you bid on our auctions, you are agreeing to ALL our terms. Please read through our terms. SHIPPING TIME: We ship our items ourselves USPS to keep your shipping costs down. We charge the USPS rates, $4.75 to help cover packing materials & time... every package is insured against breakage and loss. We do not add anything to this! We use recycled boxes & ship most packages Priority. If you have questions regarding this, feel free to call us. We can have up to 100 packages in one auction. We do not provide tracking numbers, it would take us too long to individually email each recipient. If you question our shipping charge, simply weigh your package when it comes, calculate the postage, add $4.75 & insurance & you will arrive at your charge. When the auction ends, it takes 3 to 4 days for the funds to clear. We then package & and re-charge your card on file for shipping costs. This can take another 3 to 4 days for those funds to clear. We then schedule the post office to pick our items up & they are immediately shipped to you. If you do the math, that can take up to 8 business days for those funds to be available so that we can get your package to you. When you are bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to these terms. Your feedback should not reflect those things that are out of our control including shipping TIME, shipping COSTS, & breakage. We have the right to block any bidder from bidding on our auctions. We understand frustration when items take a while to be delivered, however, we are not holding them, we are waiting for the funds to clear. We work very hard on our end everyday to make our buyers as happy as possible with their purchases. Again, if you are bidding on our auctions, you are agreeing to all our terms and cannot use the things we are disclosing to you against us. PICK UP: All items to be picked up on the specified date and time. Any items not picked up within 30 days, unless you contact us & make SPECIFIC arrangements for an exact date, will be donated or resold. We will accommodate emergency pick ups if you call us BEFORE 3pm on pick up day. Please do not abuse this for we have limited space available for storage. BUYERS PREMIUM- Our 15% Buyers Premium helps cover our fees charged to us by Proxibid, Our credit card processors, advertising & other charges that keep our auctions running. Occasionally, SHIPPING CAN TAKE: 2-6 WEEKS. Most cases it does not. YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS BY BIDDING... Any negative feedback left regarding shipping time will result in bidder being blocked indefinitely. We have always stated our shipping time up front. We changed our shipping policy a while ago from UPS to USPS because of all the concerns from our customers on high costs, we cannot be punished for something that is completely OUT OF OUR CONTROL... we switched for YOUR benefit. It does not benefit us, it takes us 2 to 3 extra days to package and label these items. Also, shipping prices include ONLY the following $4.75 (our costs & handling) + ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS (First class add insurance price) If you question this, simply weigh your package & calculate it, you will see this to be 100% true. Any negative feedback left regarding shipping PRICES, bidder will be blocked indefinitely. This is beyond our control we should not be punished for it.
Cash Discounts & Paypal Payments

If you are paying cash, you will receive a 3% discount. Cash is cash, not Paypal or checks. You will only receive a cash discount if we receive cash. We will not charge cards until 5:15 the day after the auction ends. If you plan on paying via CASH or PAYPAL, let us know before 5:00 pm the day after auction ends so that we do not charge your card on file. If paying via Paypal: Contact us to let us know so we do not double charge you. Contact us for Paypal payment info **NOTE- If you plan to pay cash and you do not pick up on day of pick up, your card on file will be charged.
