The collection includes 45 original authentic Montana Recovered Neolithic Pre-Historic and early artifacts. Provenance: All of these artifacts were recovered by Doctor Catss of Helena, Montana and his wife thought the 20th century. The items were mainly recovered in the following Montana County's: Broadwater, Jefferson, Gallatin, Lewis and Clark, Meagher, and Madison. The artifacts include arrowheads, spear points, scrapers, knives, bird points, and others with some very fine rare pieces. The pieces have been adhered to a foam background and are displayed in a 12 3/8"x16 3/8" glass top case (ready to be displayed in your collection). Center knife is 4 3/8"L.

Navajo Sleeping Beauty Sterling Bear Claw Bracelet

This is an excellent Navajo Native American Indian sterling silver & turquoise cuff by master silversmith Richard Begay. The piece shows a wonderful craftsmanship with rich floral and feather paisley over a solid sterling silver construction. The bracelet shows five exquisite Sleeping Beauty Turquoise mine stone with the center stone being a very large polished nugget. Each side shows a large trophy Black Bear Claw. The piece is signed, "RB" with a small hallmark below. The bracelet is in very good condition with normal wear. Measures (shipping) 3 3/8"W x 2 5/8"H x 2"D with a 7" inside circumference wrist size.

Navajo Dry Creek Turquoise Nugget Gem Necklace

This is an excellent collection of gem quality Dry Creek Turquoise polished nugget necklace from the Navajo Native American Indians. The early necklace features 21 large polished nugget turquoise stone strung on a strand of sinew. The stones show rich coloring with fantastic playful matrix and is truly an exquisite collection of rare gem quality stones. The necklace has a total weight of 1,737 carats and measures 12.75"L (28.25" total circumference).

Early Masonic Knights Templar Sword and Scabbard

This is a Masonic Knights Templar sword and scabbard. The sword carries the organization's motto "In hoc Signo Vinces" which means "in this sign you will conquer". The sword and scabbard are marked with the original owner's name and initials. It is also marked by the manufacturer "The Henderson Ames Co. Kalamazoo, Mich.". The sword is adorned with numerous crosses and crowns. The sword and scabbard are in good condition. The sword measures 36.5" long.

Sioux Beaded Turtle Umbilical Fetish

This is a Sioux Native American Indian beaded turtle umbilical fetish. The piece shows glass trade Venetian beads trade cotton sewn to Indian tanned hide with tin jingle cone feet. Umbilical cords were traditionally placed inside these fetishes, as a measure of good luck and health for the newborn, and hung from the cradle board. Later, they were often worn by the child or attached to clothing. They were used for protection from evil spirits and kept throughout life. This modern recreation shows a wonderful traditional design and construction. The piece shows good condition and measures 7"x6.5"x2.25".

Kiowa Beaded Choker Necklace circa 1890-1900

This is a wonderful early Kiowa Native American Indian beaded choker necklace from circa 1890-1900. The piece shows a latice pattern fancy beaded design of 19th century glass trade seed beads in medium green, semi-transparent red white hearts, Cheyenne pink, black, greasy yellow (pony bead), and chalk white (pony bead). The piece shows overall very well preserved good condition with some signs of age. The necklace is "L and is displayed in a 8.25"x12.25" glass top display case.

Navajo Sterling Silver & Turquoise Coral Cuff

This is a Navajo old pawn sterling silver, turquoise and coral cuff bracelet. The cuff features a large medallion mounted with Blue Gem turquoise, coral and mother of pearl. The piece shows fantastic workmanship and is in very good condition. The center medallion measures 1.5" x 2.5" and the cuff measures 2.5" x 2.5" overall.

This is an exceptional collection of two authentic Pre-Historic Neolithic Ancient paint bowls. Both bowls were recovered in South Dakota in the 1930's by Max Preston. The first shows an exquisite Jasper carved bowl recovered in Spink County South Dakota showing a shallow bowl with rich red/brown coloring and wonderful condition. The other is a stone paint bowl recovered in Campbell County South Dakota. Both pieces shows a well preserved condition and are truly museum quality. The owner would have ground up mineral paints such as ocher and crafted paints to adorn Buffalo Hides and bowls. Jasper bowl is . Stone Bowl is . This is an original wonderfully hand worked piece by a master silversmith of the Montreal Hudson Bay Fur Trade Co. The pendant gorget shows a turtle effigy constructed of copper. The piece was believed to have been made circa 18th to 19th century and shows the following hallmarks: “RG”, walking lion pictorial hallmark, and “MONTREAL”. The necklace is strung on sinew with excellent red 18th century glass trade beads and copper trade beads. The pendant shows an inlaid round red trade bead along the center. The pendant is 5.5”L x 3”W. Necklace is 25.5”L strung.

The Navajo cuff is in good condition. It measures 2" x 3" and is 2" wide.

This piece is hand made by the Yoruba Ancient tribal people of Nigeria and features tight beadwork with 1800's glass trade beads. The piece would have been placed in the Chief or high elders dwelling to bring peace to his kin. The totem shows the shape of a large lizard with a dancing woman on the inside. The piece is done on a heavy canvas base with the edge and back being an early trade clothe. The piece is from the first to second quarter of the 1900’s. This is in good condition and measures 60" long and 16" wide.

The chair has a wonderful spoon and relief carving accents along the entire piece. The chair is a very well crafted piece. Overall good condition with some wear. It measures 44" T x 19 1/2" D x 23 1/2" W. The arms of the chair are loose but still secure to the chair.

This sign is from 1923-1940 from the Cascade Hardware & Implement Co. in Montana. The sign is in fair condition with some rust and wear as shown. The sign measures 9.75" x 27.5".

The piece shows exquiste authentic 19th century glass trade beads in greasy yellow, black, semi-transparent sky blue, medium green, Hudson Bay red white hearts, chalk white, and various wound glass pony beads in padre sky blue and red. It features three blue lenses and one red lens all of which appear intact with only small cracks with light surface damage . In the days before city lights and GPS, railroad lanterns served a very important purpose: they communicated signals at night between trains and stations. Sometimes, a timely lantern signal meant the difference between life and death. In one romanticized 19th-century story, for example, a 15-year-old girl named Kate Shelley saved the Fast Atlantic Express from a broken bridge by alerting a station agent, whose lantern signal to the train averted disaster. In the most basic sense, railroad lanterns have four components: a base, a wire guard (or cage), a chimney, and a glass globe housing the light source. The cage protects this globe from damage, but, even so, antique lanterns with intact globes are rare. This lantern is in good overall condition. Measures: 20" H x 10" W x 9" D

In the beginning, the company manufactured and sold railroad supplies and hardware. With the opening of the American West and expansion of the railroads, the company prospered and diversified. “Adlake” became one of the largest suppliers of equipment to the transportation industry in the world. The lamp is marked Chicago most likely indicating it was produced before the company's move to Indiana in 1927. The lantern design also is comparable to some of the earliest models produced by Adlake. The lantern features four lens, two yellow, one blue, and one red. One of the yellow lenses has a significant crack. The rest of the lenses are in good condition with small amounts of surface wear. The overall condition of the piece is good for its age. The lot features an excedingly rare set of original photographs from Lewis Franklin Biggs circa 1910-1912. Lewis Franklin Biggs was the Head of USGS in Washington DC, appointed by Teddy Roosevelt, circa 1910-1912. These were taken by Lewis Franklin Biggs during his survey of the West from the Mojave Desert to Mount Whitney in circa 1904-1912. The photographs include various original rare scenes from the Native American Indians including the only photograph known to exist depicting the White Deer River Dance of the Hopi Indians on Klaukol River, CA. These rare photographs are applied in two black photo books with many being noted by hand and dated below. The books are in good overall condition. Each one measures 6" x 7.75".

The popularity of his invention, then, led to organizing the Tokheim Manufacturing Company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1901. Currently the pump sits on a non-original husky tank. This is an early W.W. Greener Martini-Henry falling block action 12 gauge police riot gun. The shotgun was manufactured by W. W. Greener in the 1900's. The gun has a trap door or falling block action. W.W. Greener has long been one of the most trusted names in shotguns in Great Britian and was formed in 1829. The British Government ordered these Martini-Henry action shotguns to arm colonial police forces in Indian, Egypt and throughout Africa. The shotguns were only single shot and take unique shell with a rim around the center fire. The British Gov't held all the ammunition and in the event the colonies had taken the firearms they would run out of ammunition. The guns marking are worn but the stock appears to be in good condition for its age. The overall condition of the gun is good for its age. Measures: 42" L x 25 1/4" Barrel Length

This lot features a Navajo Yei rug form the Lukachukai area. The Yei Navajo rugs begin in the Northwest corner of the reservation, in the early part of the 20 century Developed by Will Evans Trader and owner of the Shiprock trading Company. Yei are religious deities taken from the Navajo Sand paintings. But these weavings do not have any religious significance. In these weavings the male Yei have round heads & the female Yei have square heads. The Lukachukai area is west and south of the Lukachuka mountains from Shiprock. The Yei and Yeibichai weavings of this area are usually of a larger size, less colorful, made with hand spun wool and the backgrounds are much darker that in the Shiprock Yeis & Yeibichais. Earl Heikka (1910-1941) Original Bronze Sculpture

This is an original Earl E. Heikka (1910-1941) bronze sculpture. The piece is titled "Blackfoot Chief" and shows the bust of the chief with incredibly fine detail. Heikka was a Great Falls, Montana artist and is considered a contemporary of Charles M. Russell. Born in 1910, he gathered the attention of prominent figures and did commissions for Marshall Field, Gary Cooper, and Con Kelley. His works were featured in an exhibition in Los Angeles in 1931 and the 1933 Chicago World's Fair. Tragically, Heikka took his own life in 1941, thus ending a talented career. This bronze is in very good condition. It has been signed "E. Heikka" and is numbered 10/35. A truly fantastic piece of Montana art history from from the talents of Earl Erik Heikka. The piece measures 7" x 7" and is 12.25" tall.

Kiowa Buffalo Hair Wrapped Coup Staff c. 1850-1890

This is a wonderful authentic original Northern Oklahoma Kiowa Native American Indian Coup Staff from the mid to late 19th century. The piece shows a wood construction with Buffalo Bison hide fur wrappings, a Buffalo Hide drop, and a sinew strand along the staff. The staff is truly and excellent museum quality piece and shows overall good condition (staff head is lose). The staff would have been used by one of the Kiowa Warriors on horse back to practice warfare. The end would have been used to bring down the other opponent. Provenance: From a large private museum collection in Missouri, the same collection as the Northern Plains Wolf Scout cap that we sold for $4,165 at our 1/16/16 auction. The Warriors Coup Stick originally showed Golden Eagle Feathers (indicative of its very early authentic age), which were removed for sale. Measures overall "L.

Nez Perce Spontoon & Gunstock War Club 19th C.

This is an excellent Nez Perce Native American Indian Gunstock & Spontoon War Club from the mid to late 19th century. The highly decorated piece shows immense detail and quality with a Revolutionary War era rifle stock construction. The club also has a Revolutionary War (1775-1783) Colonial American Spontoon blade (the hand forged spike head was used during the Revolutionary War by the Americans in trench defense against charging British infantry or cavalry). The spontoon blade shows a triple or three notched pattern and is held into place with an iron spot. The Gunstock handle shows a red mineral dye with heart and tepee brass trade tack effigies with a framed brass track end. The top of the war club shows brass trade tacks framing the burnt tepee pattern with various drawn accents. This is possibly one of the finest crafted Nez Perce 19th Century Spontoon Gunstock war club made available for private purchase as most war clubs of this quality are in private collections or museum displays. The piece was owned by Saul Sol Webb a Warrior from the Nez Perce in the late 19th century to early 20th century and was handed down through his family. A small buckskin hide suspension with some brass trade tacks glorify the handle. Provenance: The war club was purchased directly from Jimmy Webb, son of Sol Webb, of Pendleton, Oregon and was also part of the same collection of Bessie Cawapoo daughter of Like Cawapoo, Chief of the Nez Perce. This tomahawk is published and photographed on the Trade Axe and Tomahawk Collectors Association website. Head has a unique spontoon spear head style European influence design. Rare important Indian artifact. Measures overall 28.25”L x 14”W with a 6.5”L x 1.75”W spontoon blade.

Comanche Polychrome Painted War Club c. 1850-1890

This is an exceptional authentic massive mid to late 19th century war club from the Comanche Southern Plains Native American Indians. The piece shows a wonderful rare style with very few authentic examples being seen in private collections. The war club shows a large size with long mesquite wood haft and was most likely intended for use on horse back and would have been a devastating weapon. The piece shows a stone war club head with Buffalo Indian tanned hide wrapping having excelent polychrome mineral painted designs. The haft shows a polychrome painted rawhide wrapping with 102 early brass covered iron trade tacks. The club shows a kill trophy along the end of the haft showing a human molar tooth inlaid. The end also shows a wrist strap made of Indian tanned hide with a braided quirt like end and the original tag recovered with the piece that reads, "Comanche War Club Fort Sill Ok. (Oklahoma) Terr. (Territory)." Exceptionally rare piece shows museum quality condition and is truly one of the finest Comanche war clubs made available for sale. Provenance: From a large private museum Michigan Native American Artifact Collection, the same collection as the various Wolf Scout pieces. Measures overall 27.5"L with additional 4" fringe along the top and a 12" wrist strap at the end. The head is 5"x3".

Carcano Modello Italy Military Rifle 7.35 mm

This lot features a Carcano Modello Rifel in 7.35mm round. Carcano is the frequently used name for a series of Italian bolt-action, magazine-fed, repeating military rifles and carbines. Introduced in 1891, this rifle was chambered for the rimless 6.5×52mm Carcano cartridge. It was developed by the chief technician Salvatore Carcano at the Turin Army Arsenal in 1890 and called the Modello 91 or simply M91. Successively replacing the previous Vetterli-Vitali rifles and carbines in 10.35×47mm, it was produced from 1892 to 1945. The M91 was used in both rifle (fucile) and carbine (moschetto) form by most Italian troops during the First World War and by Italian and some German forces during the Second World War. The rifle was also used during the Winter War by Finland, and again by regular and irregular forces in Syria, Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria during various postwar conflicts in those countries. The bolt action appears to be missing a piece, however the pin does fire. The rifle is in fair condition for its age. Measures: 42" L

Native American Arrowhead & Tomahawk Display

This is a Native American arrowhead and tomahawk display. The display features an array of knapped arrowheads. The center of the display has a large stone axe flanked by two smaller stone axes. The stone tools are made from deer and elk horn and rawhide. Each one features handmade beadwork. Additionally, the large axe has feathers and beaver hide. The display is encased in a shadowbox with a beautifully embossed frame. The display and its contents are in good condition. The piece measures 30" x 32.5". Age and authenticity of the artifacts is unknown.

The lot features a Sioux Native American Indian polychrome parfleche knife sheath with a large Jukescoul Hudson Bay Camp Bowie Knife. The knife is marked, "NONXXL Jukescoul Son & Co Sheffield" and was known as the Hudson Bay Co. Fur Trade Camp Bowie Knife. The knife shows a heavy construction with Buffalo Bison Horn grips and Brass/Copper spots and hilt. This pattern of Camp Bowie Knife was imported by the Hudson Bay Co. and was distributed by various fur traders in the early 19th century, approximately circa 1840's. The knife shows some rust spots, but overall in good condition. The Bowie Knife is 13 5/8"L with a 9"L x 2 1/8"W blade. Sheath is 3.75"W x 16.25"L (with strap). Together is 14 3/8"L.

North West Co. Copper Fish Necklace 18th-19th C.

This is a North West Company of Montreal, Quebec, Canada copper fish effigy gorget pendant from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The piece shows amber and copper beads restrung on a metal wire. North West Co. was the major competitor and bitter rival of the Hudson Bay Fur Trading Co. NWC was forced to merge with HBC by the British Government in 1821 due to their violent competition with several minor armed skirmishes breaking out. The piece pre-dates the merger and is an excellent museum quality early Northern Plains Native American Indian artifact. The fish effigy shows clear, “MONTREAL”, “NWC (in a heart), and two other pictorial hallmarks. The piece is marked on the obverse and reverse. The effigy pendant is 4.25”L x 1.75”W. Necklace overall is 30”L strung.

Hudson Bay Montreal Silver Cross 1780-1840

This is an original wonderfully hand worked piece by a master silversmith of the Montreal Hudson Bay Fur Trade Co. The piece was believed to have been made circa 1780-1840 and shows the following hallmarks: “P.H”, “HB (with beaver above)”, walking lion pictorial hallmark, the crown a ring an a cross, and “MONTREAL”. The necklace is strung on sinew with excellent Russian Faceted 18th century glass trade beads and copper trade beads. The cross shows an inlaid hafted Russian Faceted bead along the center and a heart cutout below. The cross is 4.75”L x 3”W. Necklace is 27”L strung.

Hmong Chinese Monkey Sniper Rifle CIA Bring Back

This is an exceedingly rare original Hmong Chinese monkey rifle sniper rifle that was brought back to the USA from Vietnam by a CIA operative. The rifle is a muzzle loading flintlock musket. The rifle was used by the Hmong tribesmen led by the CIA against Communist forces in the 1950’s. The rifle shows considerable age and was most likely handed down through generations. This was originally used as a monkey rifle as monkey is a great delicacy in the Hmong culture. The piece shows a blacksmith barrel and flint lock with a rare carved full wood stock. The barrel is held with the stock using metal wraps. The piece comes with the Hmong powder horn. Exact age of the piece is unknown, but could be from as early as the 18th century. This is a set of Northern Plains Native American Indian war party scout wolf mittens from circa 19th to 20th century. The gloves or mittens show a Wolf fur and hide construction with each being made from the head and neck area of the hide. The end of each shows a mouth area with chalk white 19th century glass trade beads representing the teeth and the eye area showing iridescent faceted seed beads and copper seed beads for the eyes. The mittens are lined inside with wolf fur and the palm area shows a Caribou hide wrap. Provenance: From a private museum collection in Missouri and from the same collection as the Wolf Scout Hat that we sold on 1/16/16 for $4,165. The hide shows some fur loss and cracking indicative of age. Each mitten is 10.75”L x 7.5”W.

This lot features a a Smith & Wesson Model 650 .22 Mag revolver with extra .22 Long Rifle Cylinder. The Revolver is in good condition for its age, 1983-1988. Here is Smith & Wesson’s .22 M.R.F. Service Kit Gun Stainless, numbered model 650. Already rare, this 650 is even rarer by virtue of its included Long Rifle Cylinder. It only had six years of production. The Long Rifle cylinder was custom factory special order, probably manufactured in the early 1990s. Construction is stainless steel frame, barrel, and cylinder assembly, with satin chrome trigger and hammer, and steel internal parts. Barrel is 3 inch heavy one piece with exposed cylinder rod. Bore is 1: 18.75 six groove right hand rifling. Sights are 1/10 ounce barrel integral serrated front, with matte finish solid rib section, and frame integral fixed notch rear. Cylinders are both recessed or counterbored rear face, capacity of six rounds of .22 Winchester Magnum or .22 Winchester Rimfire ammunition in the plain faced cylinder; and six rounds of .22 Short, Long, or Long Rifle in the cylinder that bears the V letter factory marking on its rear face. Magnum revolvers like this are NOT designed for .22 Long Rifle ammunition. Frame is small J size, with round butt smooth surface grip frame. Trigger is smooth face .312 combat type, with .265 serrated spur hammer, both satin chrome finish steel. Ignition is floating firing pin, with pinned in plate. Weight empty is 23 1/16 ounces, with center of gravity at the cylinder stop. Overall length is 7 1/2 inches, height of 4 1/2 inches, and a cylinder thickness of 1.3 inches. Double action trigger pull measures at 16 pounds, with an exceptionally light 2 1/4 pound single action pull and no felt creep. Hammer travels 5 to 10 degrees after the cylinder times in all six positions; fully 35 degree hammer travel on single action. Lateral cylinder play with the trigger relaxed is minimal, about 1mm; but with the trigger fully depressed there is no lateral play whatsoever. Cylinder face to forcing cone gap is a tight .005. Blast effect to the under side of the frame top strap directly above the barrel’s forcing cone is minimal, a thin shallow etchy line that traverses 80% of the top strap. Bore, chambers, and mechanism are all bright and clean. Surface detractions are minimal, principally cylinder rotation marking and faint amounts of edge buffing. This is a rare revolver, even more so with both cylinders. Comes with Uncle Mike size 1 holster

This is a first edition 1885 set of “Personal Memoirs of U.S. Grant” Volume I & Volume II. The piece was published in 1885-1886 by Charles L. Webster & Company New York. The piece shows green clothe covers with choice, bold gold stamped lettering and seal. The book is a fascinating read with a rare fold-out of the terms of surrender given to Robert E. Lee. Volume I shows an excellent etching of Grant as a young soldier with Volume II having a portrait of the more known image of President U.S. Grant. These memoirs were written from the fall of 1884 and completed four days before his death July 23, 1885. The set was published by Grant’s friend, Samuel Clemmons (Mark Twain) under the alias of his nephew, Charles L. Webster. This is a wonderful excellent quality set and a must own for any Civil War enthusiast. Cover shows some slight wear, but overall a very rare and desirable well preserved set. Volume I, after the title page, has what appears to be a hand written note by Grant, possibly etching or print. Together these measures 6.5"x9 3/8" and each is 1.75" thick.

The Yei Navajo rugs begin in the Northwest corner of the reservation, in the early part of the 20 century Developed by Will Evans Trader and owner of the Shiprock trading Company. Yei are religious deities taken from the Navajo Sand paintings. But these weavings do not have any religious significance. In these weavings the male Yei have round heads & the female Yei have square heads. The Shiprock Red Rock Yei & Yeibichai weavings our distinguished from the Lukachukai ones by usually having a white or gray light colored background. In these weavings the Figures and quite colorful, using numerous different bright colors. The rug appears to be in good condition for its age. Measures: 32 1/2" L x 30 1/2" W

The piece shows a bent wood construction with braided sinew rawhide sting and is wrapped in parfleche showing various excellent pictorial painted symbols. The bow also shows a harness leather grip with fringe. The arrow shows dyed turkey feather fletching sinew wrappings and a small hafted obsidian bird arrowhead artifact. The arrow is 18 7/8"L. A medal bearing the image of John Wayne has been inlaid in the butt stock. A custom made reclaimed wood frame has been built by the seller as an upgrade from the original frame that came with the gun. A paper seal was inserted into the lock and was used to determine if the lock had been unlocked or tampered with. The lock is made from solid brass and is marked "U.S. B.I.A." and "Slaymaker Lanc. Pa.". The lock comes with the original key. The lock and key have matching numbers and the key does work to open the lock. The lock and key are in good condition. The lock measures 2.5" x 4".

1874 Model U.S. Cavalry McClellan Saddle

This lot features a 1874 model U.S. Cavalry McClellan saddle. This saddle is a wonderful example of a McClellan saddle. This type of cavalry saddle was developed by Army Major General George B. McClellan & was adopted by the US War Department in 1859. It remained standard issue in various models for the remaining history of the horse cavalry, which was dismounted in WWII (1940's). They were used by the mounted cavalry in the Indian Wars, Spanish War, Civil War, WWI, & WWII. It's still used today by ceremonial mounted units in the US Army. The leather and brass hardware are all where they should be, and the saddle itself is in good condition. This is a faithful modern recreation of U.S. military history. The chandelier is done in a Colonial Williamsburg style which means it has been done in a similar style that reflects King William III of England, grand silver chandeliers. Five were listed in a 1721 inventory, some of which may have dated from the reign of his successor, Queen Anne. Only two of the five survived to this day and have survived to inspire many designs of chandeliers such as this one. The piece is in good condition for its age. This lot features a Butte Montana miners carbide lamp and trademarked Union Carbide carbide can. Carbide lamps, or acetylene gas lamps, are simple lamps that produce and burn acetylene (C2H2) which is created by the reaction of calcium carbide (CaC2) with water. Acetylene gas lamps were used to illuminate buildings, as lighthouse beacons, and as headlights on motor-cars and bicycles. Portable acetylene gas lamps, worn on the hat or carried by hand, were widely used in mining in the early twentieth century. The lamp is marked Universal Lamp Co. This lot features a Wm Enders Oak Leaf folding handle draw knife. Manufactured by the E.C. Simmons and Company in created 1871 and then incorporated as Simmons Hardware Company in 1874. One of there superior salesman from Texas named William Enders, he later became the companies vice president. During his years as salesmen a line of tools was named after him including the oak leaf cutter. The knife is in good condition for its age. Measures: 14" L x 2 1/4" H x 1 1/4" W

This is an excellent early old West Buffalo head glass oil lamp. The early glass oil lamp shows three Great American Bison Buffalo heads accenting the piece. The glass is purpling from age and has created a very light lavender color. Oil lamps and other Buffalo pieces similar to this would have been seen in such historic Old West saloons and hotels like the Irma in Cody, Wyoming (established by Buffalo Bill Cody of the Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show). It is in good condition for its age, but does not have a chimney. It measures 6 3/4" D x 13" H. ESTIMATE: $200-$800

This is an early all original Slim Jim full flap holster manufactured during the period for civilian use, much rarer than its military counter part. It is a Slim Jim design of thick russet leather with a toe plug and the military style flap and brass closure. The brass closure, toe plug, and top flap have been lost and the stitching along the leather has come lose. This is still a timeless piece perfect for restoration. The holster is in fair condition for its age. Measures: 11 3/4" L x 4 1/2" W
