Michael Schumacher and David Coulthard Memorabilia Lot #410 (Sale Order 10 of 80) We understand that this glazed tile was presented to Michael Schumacher at the San Marino Grand Prix 1999 by a local co-operative, Sacmi, based in Imola. The tile was given to our vendor (Head of Development at BAR) by the British American Racing team manager at a later date. The two conrods, part of David Coulthard's Red Bull Cosworth V10 engine in Montreal in 2005, are a great addition to the collection of any Formula One fan.

Heuer Monte Carlo Dash Chronograph Lot #516 (Sale Order 77 of 80) The Monte Carlo (12-hour stopwatch) was introduced in 1958, as the successor to the Autavia. The Autavia's 12-hour register (at the bottom of the dial) was replaced by a 12-hour jumping disc, visible through a window, just below the center of the dial. The early Monte Carlos had three buttons, with the left button advancing or resetting the hour-disc and the right button resetting the minute and second hands. Three-button Monte Carlos all used the A. Schild 1666 movement. The two-button Monte Carlo was introduced in 1967, with the right button (pusher) resetting the hour disc, as well as the minute and second hands. The use of the Valjoux 7714 movement in these later Monte Carlo required that the case be thicker (15mm), and it is this deeper case that lead to the other dash-mounted Heuers using deeper cases, in order to match the thickness of the Monte Carlo.It features a seconds recorder with the large hand registering 0-60 minutes, the jumping hour disc shows 0-12 hours, it has a clear luminous dial and hands. c.1973 Rare Bulova Accutron Lot #517 (Sale Order 78 of 80) The Bulova accutron evokes an important stage of watch making history. Developed in the 1960's as an alternative to the lever movement, Bulova pioneered the Accutron with its tuning fork movement. This used the tuning fork instead of a balance for the timekeeping element. This was the forerunner of the quartz movement we all know today. This Bulova is a very rare sports model with Helmet style case and inner rotating bezel. The dial is a very attractive blue colour and features a day and date window. The bracelet is original Bulova with singular large links that taper to the clasp. A very important part in the watchmaking story that can be enjoyed and worn daily.
