?Pearl Orange, Black Leather Matching Stitching

?V12 570 Horsepower

?14,000 Miles

?Scissor Doors

?Recent service, New Tires

Most people may be familiar with Lamborghini?s logo; the ?Fighting Bull?. However, another little known fact is that Lamborghini has had a tradition of naming its cars after stars from the world of bullfighting. The ?Murcielago? is named after a fighting bull that survived a record 24 sword strokes back in 1879 and survived in the process. The brutal Murcielago was introduced in 2001 and was the successor to the Diablo. It is an all-wheel drive, V12 mid-engined super sports car boasting over 570 horsepower. With its clean angular aero design and an exceptionally low slung body, the Murcielago could dip past the 200 mile per hour mark comfortably and safely.

This Italian beauty is finished in Pearl Orange with black leather and matching orange stitching throughout the interior. The interior has power sport seats, traditional scissor opening doors and electrically opening rear air intakes. The wheels are painted black and ad a sinister look to this supercar. The six speed transmission shifts crisply through the gears and the 570 Hp V12 pulls endlessly down the straights. This unusual exotic runs and drives excellent producing amazing sights and sounds. To quote William Shakespeare, ?Sweet ?Murci? is nobility?s true badge?.

  • Savini 20? Wheels

  • Books, Records
  • Recent 12,000 mile Service
  • Tools, Ferrari Car cover bag

In 2005 the last of the more reliable Ferrari 360?s rolled off the showroom floors. The car was replaced by the similar looking F430. From a distance, they appeared almost alike, but the difference was only skin deep, under the rear deck, and chassis, the F 430 was a far more complex car.

This Ferrari 360 Spider F1 features the paddle-shifting gearbox and has covered a little over 13,000 miles. Equipped with power windows, 4-wheel disc brakes and an Alpine stereo, the car comes with two keys with remotes, books, records, a tool kit and car cover. The black interior presents very well and the striking black exterior is exquisitely set off by the Savini wheels and newer Pirelli tires. This car runs great and would be a hit at the next cars and coffee.

1963 Chevy Corvette Stingray Split Window Coupe

Lot #211 (Sale Order 11 of 79)

1963 Chevy Corvette Stingray Split Window Coupe

Auction Estimate $140,000 ? $150,000

... Full Body Off Restoration

... Ermine White with Dark Blue

... Matching Numbers, 300Hp, Automatic

... RARE! Factory Air Conditioning, 1 of 228 Coupes produced

... NOS Hubcaps

... Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows

In 1963 Chevrolet introduced the all new Stingray Corvette. It was the first the American production car with independent rear suspension. The new body was lower, narrower and shorter than the previous generation. Their sleekness was indisputable. The famous ?Split-window? design and the use of the Sting Ray name left an indelible mark in American Automotive history. Although Larry Shinoda penned the production ?63 Split window Corvette, the real credit for the design goes to Peter Brock (Shelby Daytona Coupe fame), which started out as a styling exercise initiated by Bill Mitchell himself which later resulted in building the original 1959 prototype, the ?Stingray Racer XP-87?.

This Corvette has undergone an extensive and thorough nut and bolt body off restoration. Nothing was left to chance; all parts are original to the car or NOS. The exterior is perfectly finished in Ermine White with a dark blue contrasting interior. All the chrome and stainless trim has either been replated or polished to a high shine. This car is nicely optioned with the stepped-up L75-300hp/327cid, optional Powerglide automatic transmission, power windows, power steering, power brakes, seat belts and rarely ordered air conditioning. The 1963 Corvette is famous and desired for its split window design. This is probably one of the finest Stingray examples available on the market today and would surely make any NCRS judge smile.

Historically Ferrari has produced some of the most stunning Grand Touring cars dating back to the 50?s ? 60?s; 250 GT/PF, 250 GTE, 330 GT, 365 GT 2+2 and the predecessor to the 400 GT, the 365 GT4 2+2. In 1976 and still using 6 Webers, the 400 GT was the first Ferrari to offer an optional automatic transmission. By 1979 the 400GT ?I? (for fuel injection) was introduced and during the 6 year production run approximately 422 cars out of some 1300 were delivered with 5 spd manual transmissions. This stylish front engine, V12, 5spd, GT four seater models are now in high demand among Ferrari collectors.

Often billed as the ?Gentleman?s Sedan?, The Ferrari 400GT styled by Pininfarina, is a debonair 2 + 2 coupe that certainly has all the right credentials. It arrives here in black on black and comes with the all-important factory 5spd manual transmission. This Ferrari is a good car, there are no signs of prior body damage, and it is evident that the previous owners took good care of this car, considering that the paint is over 10 years old and it looks new. In the past few years it has had a full mechanical service including the rebuilding the self-leveling suspension components, and to enhance the ride even more, later Ferrari 328 GTS 16? wheels replace the original 15?s. The car is in excellent overall condition. Recently this Ferrari was displayed on the lawn at the 26th annual Ferrari Cavallino Classic at the Breakers Hotel in West Palm Beach. This car is well sorted out, superbly detailed and ready for the next owner to enjoy touring on the road or display at the next exotic car event.

During the flamboyant golden years of the 20?s and 30?s some of the most opulent and ornate cars were built; names like Duesenberg, Horch, Bugatti, Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Delage, Isotta were synonymous with Hollywood?s elite like Clark Gable, Errol Flynn, Myrna Loy and Carol Lombard and chauffer driven by the extreme wealthy. Included in that list was the Maybach. In 1921 Maybach started producing cars. Combining superior craftsmanship, state of the art mechanicals, performance, special coach work and limited production, the Maybach was top in its class. Surprisingly, the performance of this 6000 plus pound luxury sedan rivals some of Europe?s best sports cars.

This Black model Type 57S is the standard variation and is based on a Mercedes Benz ?S? class chassis and driveline. The Black interior is appointed with exotic woods, plush leather, and features adjustable rear seats, TV screens, fridge and liquor bar. Other accessories include an optional solar panel for air circulation when the car is shut off. This spellbinding and stunningly powerful automobile accentuates an aura of exclusivity, coupled with versatile road manors and becomes a perfect balance of transportation for the discerning automotive enthusiast.

  • Series One E-type Roadster
  • Recognized as the world?s most beautiful & iconic sports car
  • No expense spared restoration
  • Rare early ?Flat Floor? production
  • Ideal color combination

In 1961, Jaguar introduced the world to what would be one of the world?s most iconic sports car ever to grace the motorways, the ?E-Type?. The XKE was Jaguar?s all new sports car that replaced the legendary race-bred 120, 140 and 150 XK series, and to this day maintains a timeless appeal. The new two seat XKE came in two body styles, a streamline hatchback coupe or the open cockpit roadster extenuating pure bodylines with sleek covered headlamps.

This beautiful Carmen Red E-Type roadster was recently restored to a very high level. The interior is lined with hand-stitched black leather and bright aluminum trim. The aircraft-type switchgear and gauges combined with a beautiful timber-rimmed steering wheel gives the driver a cockpit type sensation. An important feature of this car is that this is a very early flat floor version of which only a few thousand were made. This is first year of this impressive and honored sports car design, and most certainly holds a place in history. Here is a fine opportunity to own and drive a true British icon that is highly collectible and enjoyable.

1970 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda (Red)

Lot #223 (Sale Order 22 of 79)

1970 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda

Auction Estimate $100,000 ? $125,000

  • Two Tone Paint Red and Black
  • Two Owner Car
  • Two Tops, Color keyed Wheel Covers
  • Books Records and Tools
  • 66,000 Original Miles

The encore to the Mercedes-Benz 190 SL and 300 SL was the charming little 230 SL first introduced at the 1962 Frankfurt Auto Show. With the new W110 sedan series car making its debut in 1959, emphasis was more focused on safety and comfort. Mercedes pioneered crumple zones and this design was now being marketed across all Mercedes Benz models. The new two seat roadster was billed as one of the world?s safest sports cars with ergonomically correct seating design and collapsible steering column. The early 4 spd 230 SL cars produced a respectable 150 hp and could be ordered with the optional automatic transmission. In 1971, the last of the Pagoda Styled two seaters came with a 170 hp inline six cylinder motor and minor interior and exterior cosmetic enhancements.

The stylish SL before you is a two owner car that was originally delivered in Europe. It was ordered from the factory in an attractive period color combination of red with a two tone brown interior. Uniquely, it also came with a black hard and soft top with color-keyed wheel covers. The car retains all the original sheet metal, has had one previous repaint and comes with books and records. The interior is all original and shows minimal wear retaining the original Becker radio and aftermarket air conditioning. This 66 thousand mile car is equipped with a manual 4 spd transmission and runs out strong. Since this is a European SL model, it is devoid of side marker lights or bumper guards giving this SL a much cleaner look. This second-generation Mercedes-Benz roadster is a nice example of the ultimate Pagoda and simultaneously a car that can be driven daily or used for show.

  • Wimbledon White 1968 GT 500
  • Factory Four Speed Transmission
  • Shelby 10 Spokes
  • Blue Shelby Stripes
  • Marti Report

In the last decade, the Shelby Mustang has become one of the most sought after ?Fast Cars? from the ?Mod? sixties era. Between 1963 and 69 Carroll Shelby established and unbelievable record with racing successes for a small US car manufacturer including bringing home the only the International Championship for GT Manufacturers ?World Manufactures Championship? title. This brought great acclaim to the little car company and induced sales immensely. All Shelby car were sold through licensed Ford dealerships only.

This factory 68 Shelby Mustang Cobra GT500 (Ford Built Shelby?s) rolled off Ford?s Metuchen, New Jersey assembly plant assembly line in Wimbledon White. Per the ?Marti Report? it came equipped as a factory Four Speed transmission with black knitted vinyl interior, optional ?Tilt Kick Away Steering? and an AM radio. A close inspection reveals that the interior appears fairly original with the correct Shelby shoulder harnesses intact and a later year Philco am/fm stereo in the dash. Under the hood, the 428 ?Police Interceptor engine looks clean and tidy. Below the ?over the counter? oval ?Cobra? air cleaner sits a service replacement carburetor, and distributor. Additionally, the factory Ford shifter was replaced with a Hurst Competition Plus, a ?T? handle and larger shift boot, the smog equipment has also been deleted for a little extra performance increase and both Export Brace and Monte Carlo strut bars were added for rigidity. The previous owner added the contrasting double blue Shelby racing stripes and desirable Shelby 10 spoke wheels with period correct Firestone wide oval tires creating the right look. Shelby is by far the most legendary name associated with American performance cars, and this 1968 Shelby is no exception, here is the total package, a car that one can drive and enjoy and has appreciation potential as well.

The Mercedes SL series was most popular 2 seat luxury car sold in America between 1972 and 1989. The movie that made the Mercedes 450 SL even more famous in the late 70?s was ?American Gigolo?, staring Richard Gere and Lauren Hutton. The 560 SL was introduced in 1986, and was basically the same car as its predecessor, (US 450SL, 380 SL) only with a bigger more powerful engine. There were running changes such as more comfortable seats, temperature gauge in the dash, cruise control, heated seats, 15? wheels and front air dam, but overall still the same car and still very much in demand. Although they were not a fancy car without lots of frills, they were a prestigious car, fitting for cruising on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills or driven down Royal Poinciana Way in Palm Beach, Florida.

This one owner Mercedes Roadster comes with both soft and removable hard top. The car was always kept covered in a fully enclosed climate controlled garage and has been meticulously cared for by its first owner. It has flawless original Mercedes Artic White paint over a beautifully attractive blue Leather interior. The car has the original Becker radio, cruise control and passenger side electric mirror. The spare wheel, jack and all original tools are in the trunk. It has only been gently used and has low miles (27,000). They don?t come much cleaner than this.

Alongside most other Detroit automakers in the mid-1950s, Chrysler also promoted other model lines within their Chrysler family: Imperial, Plymouth, Desoto and Dodge. It is clearly visible that the Virgil Exner influences were carried throughout the entire Chrysler product line, utilizing lots of chrome, contours and flashy fins. The top of the line Trim level for Dodge was the ?Royal? series, based on the current Coronet and the ?D-500? series being their performance version.

This is a recent restoration that remains in good solid condition. The exterior is trimmed in special limited edition Regal Lancer ?Spring Special? colors available in two color combinations, black & copper or cream & copper, the interior is very nice and covered in sharp matching tri-tone colors; copper, black and white vinyl and cloth. 1957 Chrysler New Yorker Station Wagon

Auction Estimate $65,000 ? $85,000

  • 392ci / 325hp 4BBL Hemi
  • Automatic, Power steering, Power brakes
  • Air conditioning, Power windows, Power seat
  • Mostly original, very rare colors combination
  • This is a great family cruiser!

Motor Trend Magazine?s ?Car of the Year? award was presented to Chrysler for the unique styling, brut performance and superior handling of it top of the line cars. Chrysler always stood out when it came to styling, with lots of flare attributed to. Chrysler under the guise was one of the more styling conscience manufactures and their cars always stood out in parking lots. The big news for 1957 was the retooled 392 Hemi aka ?Elephant Motor?. This was the motor that dominated drag racing in the late fifties. This engine could also find its way into mom?s station wagon.

This lovely restored two tone tan and bronze with matching two tone tan interior grocery getter has loads of conveniences for mom and the kids, power front bench seat, power windows, radio, padded dash and a carpeted cargo area. But what set this wagon apart from all other family commuters of the day is the Special ordered ?Chrysler Fire Power? (392 Hemi) with air conditioning. That most definitely gave the kids in the school yard bragging rights when mom rolled in. This Chrysler station wagon boasts a plethora of chrome and stainless including wire wheels and wide white wall tires. The probability of procuring a factory production car with these near impossible option combinations of a 392 Hemi and air conditioning is rare, but in a station wagon, certainly gives credence to the fact that there were performance minded families back in the 50?s.

The Virgil Exner clean, lean and low-sweeping lines on the 1959 Chrysler Windsor, accented a style that was still very much in vogue, so much so that it became the signature look between 1957 through 1961 for all the high line Chryslers cars. The beautiful styling perfectly complemented the fashionable Midcentury era of open ness and comfort that is featured throughout the car?s interior.

This beautiful example is one of only 961 reported cars built in 1959. The Grey Rose finish is beautifully presented and looks ?just right? with its corresponding matching tri-tone lavender, charcoal and white interior. The car has a very period showroom look with full wheel covers and whitewall tires. A white convertible and top boot are also fitted to the Windsor for a clean and finished look. Additional features include individual split swivel front seats with center armrest, AM radio, power steering, power brakes, dealer installed air-conditioning, spare and jack. The engine bay is presented in a similar tidy fashion as the rest of this Chrysler. The car also displays exceptional and distinct brightwork on the tailfins that is unique to the Windsor and defined this era of American car. Its overall presentation is confirmed by numerous ?Best in Class? awards. It will be an easy and rewarding experience as you relax driving through the countryside behind the wheel of your new nostalgic Chrysler convertible.

  • Featured on the Lola website as well in their Chassis Register

SL 160/3 was delivered to Team John Surtees on Sept 16 1968 less engine & gearbox. John Surtees and Eric Broadley soon after delivery disagreed on several issues. One was gearboxes. Surtees was not happy with the changes and how the car performed. In his opinion, the tub was skinned with too thin aluminum, and he chose to start building his own chassis that was not associated with Lola.

After a major engineering and also removing the chassis plate, he called his car the Surtees Chevrolet Special. It also went under the name TS Chevrolet. The chassis plate was returned to the Lola repair shop in California. Carl Hass was the importer for Lola at that time, and he was renting out Lola?s with mechanics to the racers. Mac McClendon had the shop that was responsible for keeping the cars running, and to make running cars out of all the wrecks. He had more Lola wrecks then the factory had in his backyard. At that time, it was not unusual to switch chassis plates around on chassis?, especially to avoid lengthy new FIA Certification on a new chassis.

SL 160/3 now became a club racer that later was wrecked. Mac McClendon kept the wreck in his warehouse with all his other wrecks. Many years later, in the 1990?s, he started the rebuilding of the car with a very special tub constructed in aircraft aluminum. This was sitting unfinished in his shop until the present owner, Fred Larsen, bought the project in 2006. He noticed the tub when he had his T70 SL73/19 rebuilt, which is now back with the original owner, Tony Sargeant in Jersey Island UK. Fred also owned T70 SL106 also restored many years ago by McClendon, who is now recognized as the most knowledgeable and best Lola restorer in the world ? event he Lola Factory themselves had to rely on him from time to time.

Fred wanted a course body on the chassis as it is practically identical to the late MXIIIB. Having a big block MKIIIB was his dream; so after visiting the Lola Factory in 2006and discussing the project with their engineers, they had no objection to a big block MKIIIB with a T160 serial number. Lola now has the car listed in their registry as ?Converted to T70 MKIII Coupe Specs?.

The engine is based on a new Dart block with aluminum heads and 48mm Webers. Crower Camshafts even made a custom camshaft to match the Webers and the altered firing order. It came out at 710HP at 6800ROM at the 7th dyno run. Fred wanted a 5 speed ZF 505 transmission for smoother and faster shifting than the Hewland. The car has been sorted out at Sebring in 2008 and 2009.

This Lola is a beautiful work of art and has won the following awards:

  1. Best in Show Competition at the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic XII Sports Car Sunday in Jan 2008.
  2. Milli Miglia Award ? Festivals of Speed Orlando FL in Dec 2008.
  3. Road Race Award ? Festivals of Speed Orlando FL in Dec 2015.

1975 MG B Roadster V8 Conversion

Lot #241 (Sale Order 40 of 79)

1975 MGB Roadster V8 Conversion ?Killer B?

Auction Estimate $45,000 ? $65,000

  • Amazing V8 Conversion
  • 215 Aluminum Buick V8, 5 Speed Transmission
  • Detailed Restoration
  • Flawless Inside and Out
  • 15? Chrome Wire Wheels

The MGB was originally launched in 1962 and can be described as the world?s most successful sports car with over half a million examples being produced through 1980. For 1975, the MGB Roadster returned with some minor cosmetic changes. The sporty GT hatchback version was discontinued for the US market, but was still rolling off the assembly line in Abingdon, England. New style front and rear rubber bumpers with a higher ride height were implemented to comply with tougher US bumper impact restrictions. In addition, to offset the ride height, and stabilize driving characteristics, the factory added a rear sway bar. The reliable 1800 CC engine was retained but performance was restricted with the addition of more pollution equipment and a signal carburetor. Which brings us the this special MGB Roadster, affectionately nicknamed ?Killer B? ? Killer, of course referring the modified driveline. In 1975, one could order a MGB or its GT coupe counterpart with a factory 3.5 liter, 135 hp all aluminum V8. This option was available in the UK only and changed the driving and performance dynamics of the little car dramatically.

This stunning black MGB Roadster has been modified with a Buick 215 cid (3.5 litre) V8, utilizing all factory production components. The engine has been bored, the compression has been increased and the heads and intake ported. Other mechanical upgrades include a 5-speed transmission, MGC (Factory 6 cylinder) higher gear ratio axle and chrome Dayton 15? wire wheels. To improve road ability, the factory lever style shocks have been replaced with conventional shock absorber, aftermarket Addco front and rear sway bars were added and cross-drilled rotors have been retrofitted. The feel and performance is perky and crisp, very similar to that of an original V8 Sunbeam Tiger or that of a SP 250 Daimler. Nothing spells fun and excitement more that an open sports car with power and superb handling. This MGB Roadster has it all.

1954 Buick Roadmaster Convertible

Lot #242 (Sale Order 41 of 79)

1954 Buick Roadmaster Convertible

Auction Estimate $140,000 ? $150,000

  • Sensational Black over Red Leather
  • 250,000 Spent on Rotisserie Restoration
  • Retains All Original Components To The car
  • Early Production Car
  • Chrome Kelsey Hayes Wire Wheels

In 1954 the economy was flourishing, suburbia was expanding and families with means yearned for long weekend drives in spacious open cars. The top of the line Buick Roadmaster answered the call, In 1954 it was again restyled and this year it shared the chassis with the larger Cadillac 62 and Oldsmobile 98 series cars. Convertibles were popular and available in almost every line of cars built by GM. The 3,521.00 price tag of the Roadmaster convertibles did not deter sales, and was the second most prolific convertible sold through Buick Dealerships totaling 3,305 units. The traditional Buick straight-eight engine had been eliminated in favor of an all new V-8 design, and behind their infamous four fender ventiports, the mighty Roadmaster?s 322 cid engine produced a stout 200hp. A Dynaflow automatic transmission, power steering, windows and brakes were standard, and options included 40-spoke Kelsey-Hayes wire wheels, a power front seat, a radio and an electric antenna. The Buick Roadmasters were acknowledged as a Cadillac equivalent in status.

If cars looked like movie stars, this Buick Roadmaster would fit the roll. This glamourous convertible is featured here in gleaming tuxedo black paint accented with glossy red leather that stands out like ruby slippers. She has undergone a meticulous rotisserie restoration to the tune of quarter of a million dollars, and it shows. This car is nicely optioned with Kelsey Hayes wire wheels with spinners, loads of chrome and dual side mount spot lights in classic 50?s tradition. This show winning classic is sure to receive an award at its next feature presentation.

1957 Ford Thunderbird ?E? Code

Lot #243 (Sale Order 42 of 79)

1957 Ford Thunderbird ?E? Code

AUCTION ESTIMATE $60,000 ? $85,000

... Rare ?E? Bird, Two Four Barrel Carburetors

... Survivor with 1 Repaint

... Original Interior, New Top

... Town and Country Radio, 3 Speed Overdrive

... Recent Mechanical Service

In 1957, Ford rolled out the last of the ?Small Bird ?two seat Thunderbirds. The styling of the ?57 Thunderbird was more flamboyant the previous 55 and 56 models with pronounced front and rear facias and long distinct flowing fins. The Thunderbird was considered a luxury sports car and offered luxury car options like power windows, power seat, programmable seat, cruise control, and multi-channel radio. The engine options for the 1957 model year remained the same with 4 engine options, 292/2v, 312/4v, 312/8v and the 345 hp Supercharged 312. Power steering, power brakes and Kelsey Hayes wire wheels were also available.

This Thunderbird was found in a little garage in Georgia in the care and custody of the same owner since 1959. The car is virtually in survivor condition with a recent repaint, new gas tank, new radiator, and minor mechanicals to make the car much more roadworthy. What makes this car extra special is the fact that this car is a real ?E Bird?, a factory 312 with 2 four barrel carburetors, and even rarer is the fact that it was ordered with a factory manual 3 spd overdrive and power steering. The speedometer reads just over 52,000 miles and it believed to be correct. The interior is simple, very original looking and outfitted with a Town and Country radio, manual windows and manual seat. The undercarriage is solid and clean benefiting from a light detail. In 1957, there were two recognizable cars, the Ford Thunderbird and the Chevrolet Belair. By far, this showroom stock Thunderbird is truly a necessary addition to any collection of ?50s American automobiles.

Lot #250 (Sale Order 49 of 79)

1981 DeLorean DMC 12

  • Unrestored with 6500 miles (believed to be actual-title was exempted due to age)
  • Stainless Steel, Unpainted
  • Original Radio
  • Automatic Transmission
  • Recent Service

Conceived in the late 70?s and brought to market in the 80?s, the Delorean is recognized as a mile stone car. It was the brainchild of the legendary performance minded father of the GTO, ?John Delorean?. The Italian designed car with angular shapes was consistent for the period and was constructed using an all stainless-steel body with gull-wing doors and offered occupants a comfortable plush interior. A rotary engine was originally slated to power the DMC, however due to budgeting, a 130 hp Renault engine and 5 spd manual transmission was used. Performance was respectable. Some 8500 cars were produced between 1981-1983.

This Delorean DMC 12 presented here is a true survivor and is a very nice original example, it was part of a Delorean Collection. Interiors were offered in either grey or black and this DMC has grey. It also has the original radio, optional automatic transmission and standard air conditioning that blows cold. This DMC was recently service and runs out strong. The Delorean became widely known for its appearance as the modified time machine powered by the ?Flux Capacitor? in the movie ?Back to the Future?. Even to this day, a DeLorean is a very popular attraction at automotive car shows, parades or museums, and examples like this will continue to intrigue future generations.

Rocket ship styled or ?Bullitt Bird? Thunderbirds were built from 1961- 1963 and are considered the most stylish of the 4 seater birds. They came in both Coupe and Convertible versions, stunning colors along with a variety of big Ford V8?s. In 62 and 63 Ford offered and Roadster option consisting of a sporty composite tonneau panel with swooping headrests that covered the rear seat area. Although one could buy this option over the counter, these were special order Thunderbirds denoted by a specific trim code in the vin number. Thunderbirds were considered personal luxury cars and were very pricy in their day.

The Corinthian White Thunderbird presented here is in fact a true ?76B? code Sports Roadster with the unique tonneau, KH wire wheels, passenger side grab bar and fender skirt delete. It is in pristine condition with smooth paint, sparkling chrome and stainless trim. There is not one area of this car that isn?t spotless, including the engine-bay and under carriage. Lot #252 (Sale Order 51 of 79)

1981 Ferrari 512 BB Coupe

AUCTION ESTIMATE $350,000 ? $400,000

  • Part of a Well Known Ferrari Collection
  • Red over Tan, Pin Lock Wheels
  • Fully Serviced, Air-conditioning

  • Spare Tire, Tool Roll

Boxer is the term given to any horizontally opposed or flat cylinders engines, hence the name Berlinetta ?Boxer?. The early Ferrari BB512?s used a mid-mounted 5 litre carbureted flat-12 Cylinder engine, hence the 512 moniker. Somewhere around 930 BB?s were built between 1976-1981. The 512 badge was resurrected to bare homage to the legendary TR 512 race cars of the 50?s. With the engine immediately behind the cabin there is an unusually intimate connection between the driver and machine. The rear track was widened compared to the early 365 Boxers to improve handling and stability. These were considered supercars in their day and targeted directly at the Lamborghini Countach.

Outside of one meticulous repaint and reupholstered leather seats, this Berlinetta 512 is all original and presented here in classic Ferrari red with tan leather. The second generation Boxer has a more refined interior. The seats were lower and better padded, the dash display more visible and there was more emphasis on luxury accents. This Ferrari was part of a well-known Ferrari collection and has been professionally maintained. It comes with all the proper paperwork, manuals, tools and spare tire. It is serviced and ready to be enjoyed. The later BB 512?s were fuel injected, however carbureted Ferraris clearly bring a premium. Here is an opportunity to enhance your Ferrari collection with a rare and desirable supercar and last of the carbureted Ferraris.

Gerry Coker?s original Austin-Healey 100 design debuted in 1952. It was an instant success filling a niche between the MG?s and OTS Jaguars of the day. The basic roadster was powered by a 2.5 litre inline 4 cyl and could speed along in excess of 100 mph, hence the designation; Healey One Hundred. By 1967 the Austin-Healey had evolved in to the 3000 Mk III. The larger 3 litre inline 6cyl yielded a modest 150 horsepower. The cockpit was extensively revised with roll up windows, beautiful wood trimmed dash, center console and rear jump seats making the 3000 MkIII the most luxurious of all big Healey?s.

1967 was the last year of production for the BJ8 series Healey, and this one happens to also be near the end of production cycle. This stunning MK III is finished in Old English White over black upholstery is in pristine condition. Every attention to detail has been addressed to perfection, the finish, the gaps, the chrome and the solid Walnut Burl wood dash are in top Concours quality. The car come with all manuals, books, tools, spare and tie downs. Everything is there and everything works! No other roadster personifies the idea of a true British Sports car like an Austin Healey MK III. With its long, sleek fenders and low swooping body lines, it beautifully blends classic era 30?s with modern century 50?s era cars. This distinctive example before you may very well be the finest no-expense spared Austin Healey 3000 available.

There is a romantic love affair with open European sports cars. The second-generation Mercedes Roadster epitomizes that sentiment. What?s appealing about the car is its unique styling, which is clearly linked to earlier Sindelfingen designs continuing the broad front grill and pontoon fender treatment reminiscent of its predecessor; the 300 SL. They are very reliable with great performance to match and during their nine year production run the body remained largely unchanged with only engine, mechanical, minor interior, improvements and a continued focus on safety.

They say that a car?s value is determined by its condition. Well here we have a legitimate one owner car with 14,000 original miles. This Red survivor comes with its original window sticker, warranty card, tool kit, service records and both tops. The car is extremely well preserved; the black interior is in original condition and is completely stock rights down to every stitch in the German square weave carpet and the Becker AM/FM radio. This car has had a recent service and is ready for the road?but wait?BTB 14,000 original miles, drive it or preserve it?.well that is for the new owner to decide. It is said that a Mercedes gives a person real enjoyment and pride of ownership, so whether you drive it on the road or display it in your living room, this SL is a testament to pedigree.

1991 Ferrari F40

Lot #255 (Sale Order 54 of 79)

1991 Ferrari F40

AUCTION ESTIMATE $1,000,000 ? $1,300,000

  • Rare F40
  • Euro car, No Catalytic Converters
  • 360 Kmh Speedometer showing 44,121 Km
  • Manual Glass windows
  • Air Conditioning
  • Recent Serviced by Ferrari

The legendary Ferrari F40 is one of the last cars that Enzo had a hand in creating. It is a result of the works penned by the former and famed Pininfarina designer Leonardo Fioravanti, with some of his credits being the Daytona 365GTB/4, Ferrari Dino, Berlinetta Boxer 512 and Ferrari GTO. What started out to be a modest successor to the 288 GTO, deviated dramatically than was originally planned. After spending some time in the wind tunnel and track time experimenting with a newly designed small displacement twin turbocharged V8, the result was the 200+ mph F40 super car.

This F40 has been preserved in like new condition and maintained by professional Ferrari mechanics. The 2.9 litre twin turbocharged V8 generates some 471 horsepower and can sprint to 60 in under 4 seconds. The F40 comes from the factory as a lightweight street car fitted with the bare essentials: full instrumentation, 360 kmh speedometer, racing carbon fiber bucket seats, quick release 4 point shoulder harnesses and air-conditioning. The F40 is docile enough to be driven on any street, yet fierce enough to wreak havoc on any race track. The F40 was priced at $400,000 when new, and due to their rarity, somewhere around 1200 cars produced over a 5 year span, have become one of the fastest appreciating Ferraris in recent years.

Lot #256 (Sale Order 55 of 79)

1955 Chrysler Ghia ST Special

AUCTION ESTIMATE $800,000 ? 1,000,000

  • 1955 Carrozzeria Ghia Turin Motor Show Turntable Display Car
  • Ghia Coachbuilt ST Special, one of two known to exist
  • Presumed to be last Chrysler Ghia Special Built
  • Concours Quality Restoration
  • 250 Horsepower Hemi V8 with Powerflite automatic transmission

After WWII there was a huge interest in sleek luxury European cars. The US manufacturers realized this and teamed up with many European coach builders to design and build concept cars or limited edition production cars. Many of the 50?s coach builders were based in Italy, such as Pininfarina, Bertone, Carrozzaria Turin and Ghia to name a few. Chrysler and Ghia teamed up quite a bit during the 1950s, developing numerous concept cars. Between 1952 and 1955, Ghia built a handful of beautiful coupes and convertibles on Chrysler frames called ?Specials?.

This amazing Special is one of two ST?s known to exist and was sold new off Ghia?s display at the 1955 Turin Motor Show. It spent most of its life in France where it was eventually discovered in barn-find condition, sold to a renowned American collector and subsequently brought to the USA and restored to a no expense spared Concours winning condition. The hand built body rides on a Chrysler New Yorker chassis powered by a 5.4-liter Hemi V-8 and powerflite transmission. This stunning car?s exterior is finished in pleasing two tone copper and beige with a corresponding copper-brown and beige interior. All the brightwork is as new, including steel wire wheels and wide white wall tires. Every attention to detail was used to bring the ST Special back to the day as it was first seen in 1955 at the Turin Motor Show. Now it is time for a proud new owner to commence showing this fabulous car at Concours events around the world.

1957 Mercedes 300SC Cabriolet A

Lot #257 (Sale Order 56 of 79)

1957 Mercedes 300SC Cabriolet A

AUCTION ESTIMATE $800,000 ? $1,000,000

175 bhp, 2,996 cc overhead-cam inline-six engine with Bosch mechanical fuel injection, four-speed manual transmission, independent front suspension with coil springs, rear swing axles with coil springs, and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 114.25 in.

  • One of only 49 examples built
  • Desirable Einspritzmotor (fuel-injected) Sc engine
  • Recent thorough restoration
  • Pinnacle of post-war Mercedes-Benz engineering

Introduced in April of 1951 at the first-ever Frankfurt Motor Show and later that year in October at the Paris Motor Show, the 300 was to be the crown jewel in the post-war Mercedes-Benz crown. The 300 was initially offered in cabriolet and saloon models on the W186 chassis; however, the shorter and sportier W188 chassis would also be used to provide customers with roadster, coupe, and cabriolet versions. Featuring an independent suspension, the 300 provided outstanding comfort, even when cruising at a maximum speed of 100 mph.

In 1955, the engineers upgraded the engine using the Bosch fuel-injection system introduced on the 300 SL. Fuel was injected directly into the cylinders, but the fuel-injection pump was driven by a chain instead of a gear train. With a slightly milder cam than the sports cars, the M188 II engine produced 175 horsepower and 182 pound-feet of torque, a substantial increase over the 300 S.

With the new engine, denoted by the words ?Einspritzmotor? (fuel-injected engine) on the rear bumper, the 300 Sc was introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 1955. Only a few other trim changes, including chromed cooling vents about each fender, perforated chromed disc wheels, and enlarged turn signals, distinguished the new model.

With the technical improvements, 145 units were sold during the remainder of 1955 and through 1956. However, even the impeccable craftsmanship and traditional lines were not enough to overcome potential buyers? reluctance to accept the lack of air conditioning, automatic transmission, and powered amenities common in competitive luxury cars. Only 52 units would be sold in 1957 and three more in 1958 after production ended. In total, only 49 cabriolets, 53 roadsters, and 98 coupes were sold, making these models among the rarest dealer-ordered automobiles ever produced by Mercedes-Benz.

The cabriolet offered here recently underwent a complete restoration by specialists in California, where the current owner acquired it following long-term ownership by two Pacific Coast residents. The fenders, doors, trunk, and hood were all removed and the body stripped down to bare metal prior to painting. Matching the build sheet, the Black (DB 114) finish was applied in six stages, then sanded and buffed to produce a rich finish. In addition to the stunning black livery, the exterior and a large majority of interior chrome were redone with triple plating; the original rims, hubcaps, radiator shell and cap, door handles, and door lock cylinder were re-chromed by the same individual to ensure a consistent finish. Some parts were replaced with NOS components, such as the 300 S badge on the rear and the correct convex Mercedes-Benz stars.

The correct Red (1079) leather interior is fully new and hand-stitched for a precision fit, as is the top pad and headliner, while the red braided leather roof handles are original and remain in good condition. Further interior work was also completed on the steering wheel, ashtray, and other accessories.

The engine received a comprehensive examination, including disassembly, inspection, and servicing; work was also completed on the wire harness, ensuring that all electrical components are in proper working order throughout. The horns and sealed-beam headlamps were disassembled and restored to their proper working condition.

The car is offered with a variety of ultra-desirable additions, including the original keys, luggage set, and tool kit. It is a scarce opportunity to acquire a high-quality example of one of the rarest post-war Mercedes-Benz vehicles and, arguably, the pinnacle of the 300?s evolution

2005 Ford GT

Lot #258 (Sale Order 57 of 79)

2005 Ford GT

AUCTION ESTIMATE $ 275,000 ? $300,000

  • The incredible modern successor to the GT40
  • Immaculate condition; 1600 actual miles
  • Mark IV RED, Charcoal Cabin
  • All four factory options
  • Full Documentation, Original manuals

Dateline 2003: Detroit, Michigan USA: Out in front of the Glass House at the 100th anniversary of Ford Motor Company, the successor to the victorious and multiple Le Mans winning Ford GT40 was unveiled. The GT?s design paid homage to the iconic car whose period silhouette, mimicked virtually every contour, line and detail of the original GT40 MKV racecar. Modern technology is incorporated in the underpinnings beneath the retro bodywork and the state of the art suspension with an All- American 550 hp 5.4-litre V8, able to attain supersonic speeds. In keeping with the GT?s legacy of besting Ferrari, America?s new supercar is just that. With an attainable top speed of over 200 mph and incredible stopping power, it really was a Ford that could run against Europe?s best.

Finished in the iconic color of Mark IV Red and charcoal grey, it is specked with all four available factory options: dual racing stripes (white), forged aluminum GT wheels, painted (red) brake calipers, and the McIntosh stereo. It currently has 1600 documented miles, reflecting its limited use and careful enjoyment, as does its immaculate, showroom new condition and presentation throughout. The original manuals accompany the car. Every sports car collection demands a Supercar, and this one would be an ideal choice. An excellent Ford GT to either continue to preserve, or to drive and enjoy, it would be a superb addition to any modern performance oriented collection.

... Rare 280 SE Cabriolet

... Two Owner car, Original Tools & Jack

... Documentation since New, Books, Records

... Runs like a KIENZLE Watch

The W111/112 SE/b was part of the flagship series making up the 250 and 300 series coupes and cabriolets during 1965-1967. These luxurious cars rolled off the production lines to the count of 10-13 units per week. The SE/b?s combination of refinements, styling, spaciousness, performance and handling made it the ultimate touring car, not to mention there were many that were converted to racing rally cars with many top three finishes. In the early 60?s Road & Track magazine wrote: ?One of the best-looking body designs to come from any German Automobile concern.?

This virtually showroom stock Cabriolet was first purchased by a Ford dealer who appreciated fine European cars. He kept the car for about 35 years driving it on special occasions. The next owner cherished the car equally as much and only drove the car a mere 1000 miles during his tenure as custodian. He also repainted the car to its original color. The odometer statement verifies the 57,533 miles showing on the speedometer are in fact real. The original, books, service records and tools accompany this light blue Mercedes Benz. All the original rich-looking wood trim and bright work is well preserved and the parchment interior panels with leather seats have a certain natural patina to them. A new blue canvas top was recently installed. The motor runs smooth and quiet like a Kienzel watch, and the original Becker radio sounds clear and plays great tunes. These glamourous hand built ?SE? Cabriolets have always been a popular. They have been cherished by enthusiasts since the day they were introduced, and no important collection should be without one.

  • Special Equipment ?M? Model
  • Matching Numbers
  • Heritage Certificate
  • Factory Left Hand Drive
  • Cosmetically and Mechanically Restored

In 1949, Jaguar?s brilliant XK120 had two distinct momentous impacts on the motoring world, one as the most influential sports car design and the second, as being the first new sports car produced after World War II. It was fast; it could stop and had great handling. The XK Jaguar derived it model designation number of ?120? as a result of its record setting top speed ? 120 mph. For a car of that era, that performance that remains impressive even by today?s standards.

This Jaguar has under gone a detailed mechanical and cosmetic restoration and is a wonderful example that is presented here in near Concours condition. Every system is either new or rebuilt. The exterior has been repainted to a cream finish and is offset with brown leather hides and beautifully finished Burl wood dash and wood steering wheel with complimenting square weave tan carpets.

The Heritage Certificate verifies that this 120 is in fact is a ?Special Equipment? model with the rare ?M? option motor with the displacement being 3.4 litres rated at 180 hp vs. the standard 3.2 litre rated at 150 hp. The outward appearance of the car is clean, simple and the matching cream-finished wire wheels ad a classic British road look to the car. This well sorted Jaguar 120 Fixed Head coupe may very well be one of the finest in the country.

1969 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda 1969 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda

1969 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda

Lot #267 (Sale Order 66 of 79)

1969 Mercedes 280SL Pagoda

AUCTION ESTIMATE $100,000 ? $125,000

  • One Owner Car
  • Books Records and Tools
  • 59,000 Miles
  • Beautiful Blue Paint
  • Automatic

There are only a handful of significant cars of the 60?s that to this day are considered ?modern day? classics. The Mercedes 230,250 and 280 SL series sport roadsters fall in that category. They were designed to be stylish and dependable and because of this and their performance, they are very usable cars. The later 280 SL?s had 4wheel disc brakes, a more powerful 6 cylinder engine and a few more luxury items than the earlier 230 ? 250SL?s thus making them the most desirable in the series during their nine year production run.

The dark blue 280 SL Presented here remained with the same family since new. It was acquired through an estate auction in 2016 and still is in remarkable condition. This fully documented SL has all the paper work from the previous family and has an honest 59,000 miles showing on the odometer. The original interior is in a nice shade of corresponding dark blue with original blue square weave carpeting and matching blue cloth top. The original Becker radio also works as it should. The engine runs and well and with the optional automatic transmission is relaxing to drive. This well preserved and beautiful 280SL roadster is a fine example of German influence and stands out among other contemporary sports cars, while maintaining its collectability among automotive enthusiasts.

1953 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible

Lot #269 (Sale Order 68 of 79)

1953 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible

AUCTION ESTIMATE $250,000 ? $300,000

? 1 of 532 produced
? Car #19
? 331/210 HP engine
? Automatic transmission
? Comprehensive restoration
? Less than 100 miles since restoration
? Factory correct Eldorado-exclusive Aztec Red paint with Red and White leather interior
? Fiberglass parade boot
? AM radio, dash clock
? Fender skirts
? Chrome wire wheels
? Wide whitewall tires
? Continental spare tire
? Rear bumper exiting exhaust
? Curved wraparound windshield
? 126-inch wheelbase

In 1952, GM introduced the Cadillac Eldorado Golden Anniversary concept car as one of the many show cars built to demonstrate GMs prowess in automotive styling and design. The car was a smash hit, labeled as a dream car and prompted Cadillac to put it into production as a halo car for the premium-brand manufacturer. The massive windshield had a roadster look, and the beltline of the Eldorado was lower than other Cadillacs; using a 126-inch wheelbase, the car appeared impossibly long. Dripping with chrome and amenities, it was one of the most opulent cars ever produced. Oldsmobile and Buick also placed into production the 98 Fiesta and Roadmaster Skylark while the Corvette?s debut created GM?s quartet of limited-production 1953 Motorama dream cars. The average cost of a home in the United States approached $10,000, and the Eldorado was close at about $8,000, roughly $70,000 in 2015 dollars. The Eldorado Convertible was replete with every luxury Cadillac could install, spoiling passengers with the utmost in technology and style. If Cadillac wasn?t already at the top of the luxury market, the Eldorado placed it there. Largely because of the hefty price tag, only 532 Eldorado?s were built in 1953, giving it a huge advantage in the collector market as an exceptional collector car, always harboring respect from car enthusiasts the world over. This 1953 Eldorado features the 331/210 HP V-8 engine with automatic transmission and is presented in correct Aztec Red paint with a stunning red and white leather interior. Having traveled less than 100 miles since a comprehensive restoration, the car also hosts a fiberglass parade boot, AM radio, dash clock, fender skirts, chrome wire wheels, wide whitewall tires and Continental spare-tire kit. Like it did when new, the 1953 Eldorado Convertible still sets hearts afire as an American dream car.

The 1950 Leo Lyons Ultra Modern Merc

In 1950, 20-year-old Leo Lyons had a dream of building a custom car unlike any other ? he would scratch-build it from the ground up. Over the next few years Leo became acquainted with some of the legends of Southern California speed and custom such as Ed Iskenderian and both George and Sam Barris who would help and inspire his design. But before he began, he needed one more group on board ? Ford Motor Company.

Leo?s initial plans called for building 10 identical custom cars and he was going to build each with brand new parts ? and then heavily modify these parts. The chassis and body panels were purchased new from Ford. With the first set of panels on hand, Leo set to work learning how to weld and shape metal under the guidance of Sam Barris. A few parts needed to be custom built, so Leo called on the legendary metal-shaping firm ?California Metal Shaping? to custom design and build the doors, hood, and top.

Leo Lyons, now 30 years old, debuted his car ? The Leo Lyons Custom Merc ? across Southern California Custom Car shows nearly a full 10 years after he started. Each time, he was recognized with awards and the moniker the ?Ultra Modern Merc.? This car is the most radically customized ?49-51 Custom Mercury built in-period, and has been recognized as the last significant Custom Mercury built in the ?50s.

In early 1960, it was featured on the cover of Trend Inc.?s ?Custom Cars? magazine, along with a feature article. In Trend Inc.?s 1961 Custom Cars Annual, it was again recognized as one of the most significant custom Merc?s built to date with a two page feature article inside. Only this Custom Merc ? his prototype ? was built.

The 1949 -1951 Mercury?s are considered the all-time 50?s ?Hoodlum? or ?Bad Boy? car. Popularized by James Dean in the 1955 movie Rebel Without a Cause and other movies like the George Lucus film American graffiti, Badlands with Martin Sheen and Cobra with Silvester Stallone. Not to mention this was the car of choice for 50?s customizing icons like Andy Brizzio, Dean Jeffries, Jon Kosmoski, Gene Winfield, George Barris, Alexander Brothers and ?Big Daddy? Ed Roth.

This Pop-Culture icon presented here gleams in?House of Color? Kandy Apple Red over a seamless and straight body with black upholstery. It has all the cool custom ?Led Sled? mods of the day; 4? roof chop, slammed, frenched-in headlights, frenched- in Caddy taillights, shaved door handles, smoothed trunk with door and trunk poppers. The interior is all custom with leather seats, power windows, console and tilt steering column. Power comes from a small block Chevy 400 with 2 4?s, headers and Lake Pipes. The bold 51 Desoto chrome ?Tooth? grill, custom pin striping with chrome Thunderbird Kelsey Hayes wires put the finishing touches on this fantastic period 50?s ?Choptop?, making this car a real show stopper.

1949 Mercedes Benz 170 S 1949 Mercedes Benz 170 S

1949 Mercedes Benz 170 S

Lot #280 (Sale Order 79 of 79)

1949 Mercedes Benz 170 S Sedan

AUCTION ESTIMATE $30,000 ? $40,000

  • Rare ?S? Special model
  • Restored in Germany
  • Imported from Greece in 2008
  • Owners Manuals, Service Records
  • Semaphore Turn Signals

The Mercedes 170 series cars were produced after WWII and were the full size models prior to the introduction of the 1953 180 Ponton series. The 170 production run lasted from 1949 through 1952 and came with ?V?, ?D? or ?S? designations. ?S? usually stood for special or in some cases super relating to performance. The postwar 170 model cars still had a nostalgic prewar look since they were built from left over parts. They came in 3 versions, short wheelbase with either gas or diesel power, or the luxury long wheelbase model with an inline 1700cc 52 hp 4 cylinder engine that offered more roominess, style and comfort.

This 1949 Mercedes was part of a German car collection in Europe. It was shipped over from Greece in 2008, prior to that it underwent a complete and detailed restoration in Germany in 2007. It retains the classic look of a prewar 30?s Daimler Benz. The exterior color of light yellow with a beige fabric interior is period for the time and looks pleasing. The working Semaphore turn signals are also a nice period feature. The instrumentation panel, wood trim and brightwork are impeccable and are nicely detailed. This car comes with books, records, and service manuals. Back in 1949, this high line Mercedes Benz could motor down the Autobahn at steady 75 mph, today this rare car would garner trophies on the fairways at Amelia Island.
