Research shows not very many of the 87M were made, as they did not sell well, as per their high price for the time. A rare find, this example is in Excellent working order & the metal parts are in Fine condition. However, the stock has been replaced or sanded down, the stock behind buttplate does not bear any marking. Equipped with sling swivel on the bbl. band & hole in stock where add'l sling swivel should be. Tube mag included under bbl. - Yr. Mfg.: 1940-48 - SN: 19 - C&R - 8377
