However, some business strikes in 1998, 1999 and 2000 have been found with the letters AM of America WIDE. The 1998 and 2000 are very rare. 1925 Stone Mountain 50c Commemorative Graded Select Uncirculated. One of the most Beloved Commemoratives. A perenial favorite. The stone Mountain never dissapoints in its desireability. It celebrates the construction of a monument carved into The Stone Mountain outside of Atlanta, except the Monument was not completed till 1970 some 45 years after is minting. The original designer of the monument was discharged after a falling out and went on to create Mount Rushmore. This coin was consigned as an uncirculated piece, but upon examination, I thought there was wear on the eagle and the arm and leg of general lee, the tell tale first signs of wear, but upon furher examination, I agree with the consignee. There is no break in the luster and the luster continues right over the areas where I thought there was wear. What I thought was wear, is actually a very weak strike. The coin is blast white with very nice luster, a full cartwheel, and a weak strike.

On the left side is an image of a young woman holding a basket on her head. This Civil War tender states Six Months After the Ratification of a Treaty of Peace between the Confederate States and the United States. The Confederate States of America will pay One Hundred Dollars to Bearer with Interest at two cents per day. Richmond, September 11, 1862. This note is near perfect, just a little discolored on the right side. This great Civil War note grades AU+.

In November 1942, American forces under Patton landed in North Africa and began the road to victory over Nazi Germany. 1864 T-76 Near Unc $20 Confederate States of America Note. The note is dated February 17th 1864 and was issued in Richmond, VA. This $20 Confederate note has a picture of the Tennessee State Capitol in the center with a pink overprint. In the lower right corner is a picture of Alexander H. Stephens. This note in particular has a double ratification error listing both on demand and two years as redeemable dates. This note was printed on plain paper with pink and black ink on the front and blue ink on the back. The Confederate States of America issued a total of seven issues of currency during its existence beginning with the Act of March 9th, 1861 and ending with the Act of February 17th, 1864. The first notes were issued through the Confederacy's original capital of Montgomery, Alabama and this 1864 is a Final Issue Note issued in Richmond, Virginia. Hand signed and numbered by Confederate officials for Register and for Treasurer. This note is near Unc, it might actually be Unc. An excellent example of this civil war era note. Inscriptions, “Two years after the ratification of a treaty of peace between the Confederate States and the United States of America, The Confederate States of America will pay to the bearer on demand One Hundred Dollars/ Richmond Feb. 17th 1864/ Keatinge & Ball Columbia SC”. What's even worse is that during the early 1870's the Mint was melting a lot of previously issued cents, including many 1871 cents. Making the coin become scarcer."

Original Bank Roll. All I can say for sure, as I haven't open the roll, is that one end is a brilliant red 1955-p Lincoln, and the other end is a brilliant red Wheat Cent back. My best guess is it is either a full roll of 1955-p Uncirculated red wheat cents I (Iwonder if there's a 55 double die in there??) , or a mixed date Wheat Cent roll, most likley 40's and 50's, but I actually only know the two ends, the rest is a guess. good luck, have fun.
