Grandfather Clock Lot #100 (Sale Order 1 of 103) Light wood finish Sligh Grandfather Clock that measures 77" tall x 21" wide x 12" deep and is in working order. It does have all the items needed along with the original manual that includes instructions on how to set and wind the clock.

Sofa Lot #101 (Sale Order 2 of 103) Furniture Row floral print sofa that measures 87" long in good and usable condition with very little wearmarks.

End Table & Lamp Lot #103 (Sale Order 4 of 103) End table is 28" square x 21" tall and does have 2 doors that open in the front for extra storage. There is very little wear. There is also a lamp that measures 39" tall with a metal base that contains 3 bulbs, with 1 lightbulb at the top. Shade is in good condition.

China Cabinet Lot #107 (Sale Order 8 of 103) Light wood colored china cabinet that measures 48" wide x 80" tall x 18" deep. There is 1 door that opens to 3 shelves that are not adjustable. There are 4 drawers in the middle, a drawer on each side and 2 doors that open for storage. Contents do not come with the cabinet. Some scratching and wear marks but overall decent condition. This cabinet matches Lots 108 and 109.

Buffet Lot #108 (Sale Order 9 of 103) Light wood colored buffet that measures 62" long x 23" deep x 36" tall. There are 4 drawers in the middle, one drawer on either side and a door that opens for storage. There are some wear marks but all hardware is present and intact. Contents in and on the buffet do not come with the unit. This buffet matches Lots 107 and 109.

Table & Chairs Lot #109 (Sale Order 10 of 103) Light wood colored table that measures 56" long x 44" wide and comes with three leafs that add 12" each. Table is in good condition and comes with a table topper. This table comes with 6 chairs with 2 of them being Captain chairs. Chairs have cloth seats and all appear to be in good condition with very little wear marks. Matches Lots 107 and 108.

Dresser Lot #110 (Sale Order 11 of 103) Dark colored dresser that measures 34" x 18" x 47" tall and has 5 drawers. There are some wear mark on the front and one of the drawers is missing the hardware. Overall a good and usable dresser. Contents do not come with the dresser.

Storage Chest Lot #111 (Sale Order 12 of 103) Wooden storage chest on 4 legs that measures 31" x 15" x 23" tall. There is a handle on the top that opens for storage. Storage area measures 13" deep. Overall good condition with very little wear marks. Contents are not included.

Bookcase Lot #112 (Sale Order 13 of 103) Dark wood colored bookcase that measures 30" x 12" x 41". There are 3 glass doors that fold up and slide in for easy access. All glass is intact and everything is working as it should. Overall bookcase is in good condition with very little scratching or wear marks.

Roll Top Desk Lot #113 (Sale Order 14 of 103) Smaller dark wood colored roll top desk that measures 32" x 21" x 38" at the tallest point. There are 3 drawers on 1 side with one drawer in the middle. Roll top does roll and there are wear marks and scratches on the unit.

Twin Bed Lot #114 (Sale Order 15 of 103) Twin bed with headboard, mattress, box spring and rails. Bedding does come with the bed. Mattress is in good and usable condition. Also included is a Jeff Gordon twin size comforter. Headboard does have some scratching but is in usable condition.

Vintage Convertible Highchair Lot #203 (Sale Order 23 of 103) A vintage style highchair that converts into a chair and table. Seller states it is from around 1948-49. Chair is upholstered in an avocado vinyl and other components are made of wood. There are only minor signs of age and use and has been well taken care of.

Popcorn & Pretzel Storage Lot #204 (Sale Order 24 of 103) A popcorn canister that measures 7" tall with a lid and scooper. Also included is a large 12" tall glass Seyfert's brand canister with lid for original butter pretzels. There are no visible chips or cracks in either item.

Depression Glass Lot #223 (Sale Order 43 of 103) Pink Depression Glass dishes that include one with a cherry blossom pattern. The other dish and plate have a diamond cut pattern. There is a green glass creamer/sugar set with a bird design, as well as an oblong porcelain, rose-themed dish. Green sugar creamer does have several nicks and chips around the rim, lid and base.

Stein & Decorative Items Lot #225 (Sale Order 45 of 103) A large stein measuring 13" tall with a bottom sticker that is marked Mapsa, and appears to have German writings. In German the words are 'Wer soll das bezahlen'. The stein does have a music box in the bottom. Also included are several bird themed decorations that includes an Airguide brand barometer, a lamp that holds a candle, and some angels - all nice decorative items.

Item is slightly wobbly side to side. The records include titles such as Ed Kennedy, Glenn Miller, George Morgan, Dizzy Gillespie and Duke Ellington. Contents other than records are not included.

Also included is a GE brand Scan & Tuner, as well as a smaller Regency brand scanner.

Wooden & Iron Park Bench Lot #301 (Sale Order 79 of 103) Park Bench that measures 52" long x 24" deep. There is iron on the sides and the back with wood slats for the seating that will probably need to be replaced. The wood slats on the back are in decent condition. Some rusting to the iron and will need to be repainted.

Metal Pot Lot #302 (Sale Order 80 of 103) Metal pot measures 33" in diameter x 15" tall. Pot is full of dirt so you will need to take the dirt out or will need help moving it. There are 2 handles on each side where it could be hung, but there do not appear to be any cracks or holes. Very solid and heavy with some rough marks and pitting.

Would make nice refurbishing pieces.
