WWII NSDAP German Nationalist Socialist party political portrait of Der Fuhrer Adolf Hitler in full NSDAP uniform complete with Swastika armband, Knights' Iron Cross, and NSDAP uniform cap in left hand. Framed Painting media is traditional oil on canvas with some use of what appears to be pastel with visible brush strokes and artistic accents. The paintings frame measures 3.5 inches in width and appears to be a carved wooden frame accented black with age, the canvas itself measures 47 inches wide by 68 inches in length while the outer frame measures 53 inches wide by 75 inches in length. This unsigned Painting appears to be of significant age. Frame and canvas bear some foxing or discoloration consistent with the age of the item which bears an engraved plaque centered on the lowest horizontal border which is engraved which measures 3 3/4 inches wide by 2 inches long and reads "Der Fuhrer Adolf Hitler Berlin 1935". Painting is in excellent condition for its age with no punctures or tears to the canvas or cracking to the frame or hanging wire fasteners or other detraction of any kind.

The sword measures 36 inches in total length when sheathed, the blade alone is 28 inches in length, handle from pommel to crossguard measures exactly 7 inches long. The crossguard of this sword bears the "KKK" lettering engraved into the center of the crossguard encircled by an engraved circle, with a Knights helmet pommel and engraved locket on scabbard which is also made of black painted metal, handle is made of ebonized wood and bears a red knot and tassel fastened to it. Item is in excellent condition for its age with no signs of damage or deterioration. Item appears to be of significant age.

Blade bears serrated sawback and curved blade with cutlass blood groove, blade alone measures 20 inches, length of sword from pommel to tip is 26.5 inches long crossguard or hilt measures 4.25 inches long while handle alone measures 6.25 inches long while genuine black leather woven brass locket scabbard measures 22.5 inches long. Blade and lockets bear some patina consistent with age of item. total weight : 5.3 pounds.

Circa 1860 brass doorstop percussion alarm gun. Essentially a small cannon, which would be placed on the floor, under the edge of a door. Any movement of the door would set off a charge. From a published account in "Firearms Curiosa", this alarm gun is described as a major improvement on "frail" small caliber alarms, which seem to have been a common or at least known object in this time period. They describe the usage of this gun: "To put this alarm on duty the barrel is charged, the nipple capped, and the hammer drawn fully back until it is held by a dog catch on the end of a long sloping trigger. Then the alarm is placed on the floor close to the bottom edge of a closed door, like a door stop. Two sharp prongs on the base of the alarm at the muzzle end resist movement. If the door begins to open, the pressure will force the trigger down and release the hammer.". Chambered in .45 caliber. Stamped 104 on undercarriage to indicate serial. Appears to have been buffered/cleaned at one time. Light indentation and oxidation present on barrel. Measures 5 5/8" in length, 5/8" in width, and max height of 1 3/4". Hammer is fully functional and properly working. VG condition. Rare. Caliber: .45

Von Schirach's autograph adorns a shred of WWII era German NSDAP Third Reich newspaper which bears photo of the Fuhrer, signature is addressed. Items bear the hallmarks of age with foxing and discoloration consistent with the age of items.

Total weight of all 6 belts with ammo is 24.5 LBS. Each of the rounds is marked " around the centerfire primer. Items in overall good condition despite age.

CIVIL WAR CARTRIDGE POUCH MARKED WATERTOWN 1864

Civil War era genuine brown leather field pouch which bears the marking "WATERTOWN ARSENAL 1864". This field pouch bears two buckles attached to the lower crease of pouch on opposite sides of the brass knob in center lined up with smaller brass knob on the top flap of the leather field pound (one of these buckles has become detached but is is still included) , part of the central strap which fastens top flap to bottom portion in order to close the pouch itself, beneath the primary flap the pouch bears a small envelope with its own small flap and fastening strap in order to separate paper or other small items. Unattached buckle & leather strap piece have both been included with this pouch. Item appears to be of significant age, and is still in good condition with no major tears, rips or missing flaps beyond the aforementioned missing buckle & flap fastening strip.

WWI AUSTRO HUNGARIAN EMPIRE INFANTRY BINOCULARS

WWI Austro-Hungarian Empire infantry binoculars with hard case and original leather fastening strap. The binoculars bear accented ocular objectives which are form fitted to the face for easier observation, also the binoculars bear a dyed black leather lined exterior, and a central knob in between both binocular encasing tubes which is used to adjust the objectives in order to gain better observational vantage. The item and its case are in excellent condition with no signs of damage beyond expected aging.

Manufacturing company surveyor's leveling tool with original wooden box (complete with company emblem & original leather strap), also includes : 3 pages of instruction manuals for the "Improved type Builders' dumpy level" , also included in the box is another base, a cap, and 2 replacement lenses all made with brass. The Dumpy Level itself measures 12 inches long with 4 inch diameter circular base with threads in it to be fastened to the tripod's top which also has corresponding threads (tripod measures 56.5 inches in length), the Builder's Dumpy Improved type level is marked " DAVID WHITE CO. MILWAUKEE U.S.A 9291" engraved into the side of the level. The box measures 14 inches wide by 6 inches in length by 9 inches in height, the woodenbox bears a central metal badge on top which reads "DAVID WHITE COMPANY manufacturing of White & Improved Surveying instruments & Engineers field supplies Milwaukee ". All three components of this lot are in excellent condition despite appearing to be of significant age without any sign of damage or detraction beyond expected aging & foxing (discoloration of wood, paper & brass).

Pewter stein commemorating the coronation of German Kaiser Wilhelm II. Measures 15 inches in height. It is stamped "Kaiserzinn 4095". The body of the stein bears the five royal coats of arms of the kingdoms within the Reich, with Prussia in the center. It also has the crests of the other 19 principalities. The lid has a likeness of the young Kaiser with "Wilhelm II Deutscher Kaiser", his symbol "WII" on top of the pour-spout cover and oak-leaf design on many parts along with the Prussian crown. In very good condition, hinge is slightly stiff. This lot has a reserve.
