1973 Harley Davidson XLH Lot #031 (Sale Order 31 of 71) Seller purchased bike three years ago. All top end work done. Rocker boxes rebuilt, heads done, and ready for unleaded gas. Stock appearance with exception of 16" rear wheel. Bike was built by Harley with no turn signals. NOS exhaust system and proper graphics. When top end was done, the cylinders were checked at local Harley Dealership and honed (already .020 over) pistons reused with new rings. Electric start, no kick. It has been in use since 1967. The Dnepr is famous for its off-road capability. Armed services models equipped with sidecars had two-wheel drive and as much as fifteen centimeters (6 in) of ground clearance.

The carburetor is a S&S E but seller has the original Bendix carburetor, intake and air cleaner to go with it. The motorcycle was finished in July of 2008. Two-hundred miles have been put on the motorcycle since the restoration.

There has been no effort to title this bike in this country. Seller rode this single around the front yard until it ran out of gas then placed in seller's basement for 20 years. As good as a 50 year old bike as you can hope to find.
