Miniature medal bar presenting Mexico campaign medal (Navy), WWI Victory with "Destroyer" bar, 2nd Nicaraguan campaign medal, American Defense medal, American WWII campaign medal and WWII victory medal. 4.) Yorktown 1931 Sesquicentennial medal with ink tag named to "H.M. Keiffer, USS Dupont". Henry Mylin Kieffer (1890-1984) was appointed to the United States Naval Academy from New Jersey and graduated with the Class of 1912. Kieffer�s naval career spanned from 1912 through 1933, taking part in the seizure and occupation of Vera Cruz, Mexico. He also commanded the Lower Yangtze Patrol and negotiated a truce between warring Chinese factions. His temporary rank of Lieutenant Commander (1918) was made permanent in 1921. Kieffer retired from the United States Navy in 1933. Called up during World War II he served as routing officer (Merchant Ship Control) for Delaware Bay and River shipping, before retiring again in 1945. Kieffer died March 23, 1984 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Bugg, a member of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the Persian Gulf Service Command. Archive consists of 303 pages of type written text with some hand written pages detailing Bugg's service in the military. Most letters are written to his wife and cover the time period from March 1944 to January 1946. Some letters detail interesting content of local events as well as events happening in the greater war.
