Lot #2 (Sale Order 2 of 28)

"Payment Instructions: Successful bidders must contact the auction company within 24 hours of the auction's completion to verify method of payment at ACASHIER1@GMAIL.COM or 786-383-1905. Credit card payments will be taken through PAYPAL. Any credit card used for payment must be the same card used to register for Proxibid. Payments made to the auction company by cashier’s check should be made out to Sugarman Auctions and Estates. No personal or business checks will be accepted. Any outstanding balance must be paid within 24 HRS of Auction Sale’s completion. An invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Proxibid after the auction's completion. No merchandise can be removed until all invoices are paid in full. All Items are sold "As Is, Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees. Wire instructions will be emailed to the successful bidders at the completion of the sale.

Lot #3 (Sale Order 3 of 28)

"MANNER OF REMOVAL: Buyer must remove the merchandise from the premises at Buyer’s own risk, expense and liability. Purchases can be removed only upon presentation of original paid invoice. If purchased items are not removed by the removal deadline, such purchased items will be deemed abandoned by the Buyer. Buyer shall forfeit all monies paid to Auction Company for such purchased items and shall forfeit any rights to such purchased items. Auction Company is not responsible for items that are not removed within the time specified. Buyers are responsible for disconnecting equipment and fixtures and arranging their own shipping. All items must be removed from the facility within 48 hours of auction ending. Anyone handling electrical or plumbing at the sale site must show proof of being license and insured.

"Checkout Date & Times: Payment must be made within 24 HRS after the auction. Item removal instructions will be given to winning bidders. Please bring any boxes, tools, carts, or Labor needed to remove your items.
