The blade has taken on a dark brown patina, is arsenal Kokura and does appear to have been sharpened. The smooth wood grips show wear and use, while the steel scabbard shows heavy wear with light to moderate surface rust. The lot also includes an Argentine bayonet marked, “MODELO ARGENTINO 1891” and Solingen on the other side, Serial #N0564. The blade is in nearly fine condition showing little use. The overall length is 21” with a 16” blade. The handle is constructed of ribbed steel. The steel scabbard is in good condition with a dark brown patina. The third and final bayonet is of British manufacture with an overall length of 20 ½” with a 15 ½” blade. The blade is in good overall condition with light surface erosion and the smooth wood handle shows mars and compressions from use.
