The figure has a very gentle, at peace appearance with closed eyes. It is in very good condition showing a 2 1/2" scratch...on the top of the head. The sculpture measures 7" W x 11 1/5" H x 5" D and weighs 25 lbs.

Vintage Large Print of Early 20th Century Golfer; this print shows a golfer in knickers lining up a shot. We believe it represents a young Walter Hagen. It definitely shows a man with style. The print is glazed and double matted with a green outer matte and a gold inner...matte. The frame is an elegant gold tone wood frame. The condition is good, the only issues are two water stains on the outer green matte, one of the upper left, the other on the lower left; and some over all soiling form storage. It is a large piece measuring 30 1/2" W x 40 3/4" H x 1" D. Even accounting for the condition issues previously noted, the piece still sows very well.

Rare 1984 Democratic Ticket Commemorative Collection of Prospective Vice President Buttons; a collection showing the various candidates at the beginning of this convention. This commemorative set was produced by the National Education Association. It is marked "Serial Number 0175".The set includes 6 buttons showing the name of the Democratic Party's Presidential...candidate (Walter Mondale) with the names of people vying for the VP spot. They are all mounted on heavy stock cardboard with a short bio of each of the VP candidates. The card with pins is wrapped in the original plastic covering, it is in excellent condition. The card measures 8 1/2" x 11", each pin measures 1 3/4" DIA. It is interesting to note that three of the VP contenders are women one of whom became the first woman in history to run for the office of Vice President...by a major political party.

Here is are two pieces of vintage souvenir pottery from The City of Nuremberg. They are marked with the very collectable RW Bavaria stamp. The item are in good condition and rimmed in gold leaf. Sizes: Approx 2.5? high About the RW Bavaria mark: Rudolf Wachter started a porcelain decorating business in Germany in 1893. He was technical director of Wachter & Furbringer from 1914 to 1917. When Furbringer left the company in 1917, Wachter took over and the company name became Rudolf Wachter Porzellanmanufaktury. This mark was used by the company from c.1927. Much of the company's production was exported to the United States and other countries. The company closed in 1974. About the Coat of Arms: The "Minor Arms" (the back side of the city seal) have been used since 1350. The shield is vertically split. On the left (heraldic right) side, it shows a half of the Imperial Eagle on the right (heraldic left) side, it displays six diagonal red and white lines, derived from the frame of the arms of the Burgraviate of Nuremberg. ...

The horns measure approximately; 28" spread, 51 1/2" tip to tip, 11 1/4"...boss (SCI score 74?). The entire mount measures 28" W x 33 1/2" D x 30" H. The mount...weighs...approximately 35 lbs. and will hang on a properly anchored drywall screw. The Blue Wildebeest is an antelope species found across southern Africa. They...are famous for one of the great migrations on the planet and are...a favorite meal for lions...and crocodiles.

Rare Vintage Tribal Drum and Hand Carved Stick; rare tribal double sided drum made in the West African style (gangan or...bata of the Yoruba People?). It has a carved hour glass figure, one cone is slightly larger than the other. The tension collars are wrapped in leather, tensioning is by strands of rawhide. A shoulder strap of leather is attached. The condition is good with the tensioning rawhide lose. One head has a slight tear (1/2"), possibly from use. The drum measures 15" H x 7 1/4" DIA. The stick is a hand carved curved piece of wood. It measures 9 1/2" L. While this instrument may not currently be in playable condition, it definitely is an interesting and intriguing object....

The condition of the viewer is fair with the eye hood showing loss of the covering leather, and the lens divider is missing. The piece measures 5 1/2" W x 12" L x 7" D. Two of the cards are in very good condition, one card shows a loss of material on one edge.

There is still a heavy layer of paint on large areas. The face of the frame does show surface...rust giving the piece a distinctive character. As a piece of nautical narrative, it is in good condition. The overall frame measures 6 1/2" in depth, 19" in diameter; the porthole opening measures 12" in diameter.

The suit shows an arabesque fabric gown, includes sword, shield, and is mounted on a block of granite. The sword handle is wrapped in a gray colored wire, the blade is engraved for a quarter of its length; it is marked..."Made in Spain". ...The shield shows three bronze kitty cats riveted to the face. Oh, I am told they are lions....The helmet is full head, and shows a blond hair piece attached. The Suit of Armor is in very good condition showing the manufacturers old patina finish giving the display a historical appearance. It is noted that one of the four leather straps...holding ths skirt in place is separated from age. The display stands 6'3" tall including the 4" granite base. It is 31" wide at the elbows and 13" deep at the helmet. The sword is 40" in length. The granite base measures 24" W x 18" D. This Suit of Armor is handcrafted in Toledo Spain, by Marto.
