1960's Rolex Lady's 9ct Gold bracelet Watch. Lot #501 (Sale Order 1 of 20) Traditional Rolex watch with manual Rolex Precision movement. Cream dial with gold-coloured batons and Rolex crown at 12 '0' clock. The circular case is hallmarked 9ct gold showing hallmarks for London 1963. 1927 Chronograph Split Seconds Pocket watch. Lot #502 (Sale Order 2 of 20) The 52 mm silver case is English hall marked as well as the continental 925 mark. It was presented to J.K Middleton who won the Manchester Wheeler's '50' cycle race in 1927. The Movement is a complex piece of art. It is Swiss made with no maker on the back. It has a chronograph stopwatch with column wheel selection controlled by the pendent pusher but also has a secondary seconds hand that can independently be controlled by the second pusher at 11 o clock. The painted dial is white with roman numeral black hour markers and sub seconds at 6 o clock with chronograph minute recorder at 12. Garonne De Luxe Retrograde Regulator Automatic. Lot #503 (Sale Order 3 of 20) The case is rose gold plated with knurled bezel and case back having a display back. The movement is an ETA 2824 base calibre with separate hour, second and retrograde minute hands. The dial is silver with engine turned pattern having a Breguet influence. 2013 Breitling Super Ocean 'Heritage' Chronograph automatic Lot #504 (Sale Order 4 of 20) The 44mm stainless steel case has a black rotating ratchet bezel and screw back. The ETA 7750 automatic mechanical chronograph movement with date at 3 o clock. The dial is silver in colour with large polished batons and luminous hands with light silver sub dials. The Breitling rubber divers strap has a polished deployment clasp signed Breitling all in crisp condition. The watch comes with original box and all paperwork including guarantee papers. The screw back is again stainless steel with no damage. The movement is a Rolex mechanical manual calibre. Bulova Accutron Space view. Lot #506 (Sale Order 6 of 20) This watch evokes an important stage of watch making history. Developed in the 1960's as an alternative to the lever movement, Bulova pioneered the Accutron with its tuning fork movement. This used the tuning fork instead of a balance for the timekeeping element. This was the forerunner of the quartz movement we all know today. Manufactured for 17yrs only this example uses the 214 movement which unusually has no setting stem or crown on the side as a normal watch but features it on the back. The Space view came about as a salesman's aid so that they could show off the tuning fork movement to their customers. It proved so popular that Bulova decided to put it into production and a legend was born. At 35mm diameter the circular gold-plated case is in good condition for its age. Showing the Bulova logo and writing on the Perspex, with white hands and fitted with a black leather strap, the watch is in working order and "hums" just as it should! A must for every collection. 2002 Omega Seamaster Quartz Ladies Lot #507 (Sale Order 7 of 20) 2002 Omega Sea master Quartz complete with Box and Paperwork. The watch has a Quartz ETA Calibre movement which has the date function at 3 o'clock. The dial is blue with luminous markers and chrome hands complete with a rotating polished bezel. The case is Stainless steel with a case back having engraved Sea master seahorse symbol in the centre. The bracelet is stainless steel and is finished with satin and polished again in exceptionally good condition. The watch is complete with its original box and paperwork and was,sold new in 2002. This is a rare aviation Breitling, been essentially a Navitimer with a rotating elapsed time bezel! The Avia Star was made for only 2 years from 1996-1998 and is very hard to find.
